This is the absolute best place to take your car for service! They have always gotten me in quickly and the overall customer service is outstanding! I have, without hesitation, complete faith in the work performed as I have NEVER had to take my vehicle back for poor or incomplete work. They have always spoken with me when options were available rather than bilking me for the most expensive option and their mechanics are extremely knowledgeable. Very detailed with what needs to be done to your vehicle, I loved that he showed me the things that needed to be done , because I couldn’t afford to pay the full amount they helped me with a finance plan that was very easy to apply for. This is lara Mitchell. My truck, and only vehicle and my lifeline broke down. I barely made it to mikes. I have used mikes before in the past with my Taurus and never have I had a problem. So I took my dodge truck there and they did awesome! You can make an appointment or walk in and they will give you a ride home and they are very nice people and the work is done efficiently, in a timely manner and will keep you updated on progress. Affordable and so far I’ve never had a problem with this shop. My mom has used them also and she has never had a problem either! I highly recommend this shop for affordable trustworthy auto repairs. I have been ripped off by these people for the last time they picked me up in my car said it was finished to the time of $851. Didn't even make it back to their shop before same thing happened. Mind you they claim they put it on diagnostic machine. Because these people can't use logic . Overheated, thermostat, water pump. No we need to keep it and run a special test to check head gaskets because it builds so much pressure blowing hoses. That's a lie. I paid $851 for shit that wasn't wrong with it and wanting to run unnecessary test. You changed the oil, supposedly, if it was head gaskets oil would have been milky. Is that how you treat all customers, my last ordeal with this company just 3 months ago cost me $4000. No offer of don't pay we didn't fix. Just leave it so we can rip you off some more.

Had my car towed to the Mike's Auto Diagnostic & Repair upon referral. Katie and crew did not disappoint. Take 5 oil change failed to put the correct amount of engine oil the motor began to loose power and knock. The mechanics discovered there bearing issue in the motor that caused multiple codes with the cam and the sound of a knock. Katie went out of her way to answer all my questions and even drove out to Take 5 and tracked down district manager because what they told me and the mileage did not add up. My engine was bone dry all in less than 1600 miles. Katie found that the district manager seemed fishy before and after he checked the camera footage. The ditrict manager backed employee stating they did there job. Katie took it a step further and contacted Hyundai to see it there was anything that could me done. Turns out my vehicle has a extended warranty on this issue and is now at the dealership being inspected. Thank you Katie(Giver her a raise$$)!! Mike's Auto Diagnostic & Repair is a great company and I would recommend them to whomever wants a honest fair dealership at a good price!! Keep up the good work!
