Went here to have a fuel pump replaced, they did a shabby job which caused problems with the canister, which then ruined the brand new fuel pump. Spoke with them multiply times about the problem and was put off. Had to spend $1070.00 at a more reputable repair shop to fix the mess they made.

This company is trash, got my Altima on April 10 and had problems from the beginning. Brakes squeak very loud all day and they claim it was cause its cold, my key fob wasnt working good, check engine light came on, tire pressure light still on. Basically the problems i had when i took it to them are still my same problems. I have 5 year warranty on my car and they did nothing to help resolve my issue only thing they said was take it Nissan and sent me on my waym

I brought my car in already knowing what was wrong. I hadn't the time or energy to deal with it myself. H.W. Automotive not only had the lowest estimate out of 4 shops that I called, they were the only shop that could be bothered to fix it same day. My car is working great and they didnt try to sell me extra stuff like wipers or filters or belts, I really appreciate that kind of straight forward business. Thanks guys!

I always take my car here. I've never had any problems; it's always great service for reasonable price in a timely manner. I usually drop my car off and they call me when it's ready, but they also have a little waiting room with a TV, a water cooler, and WiFi.

Needed to have my car worked on. Got an appointment to get it diagnosed. Got there and he was upset about a death of some sort, one of his technicians father was in the hospital... well he told me he would contact me. I was understanding. It has been 2 weeks. I know when I have been blown off. What a waste of gas and time!

This shop was recommended by a friend of mine. I came in today because I was having brake issues. My car was vibrating whenever I would press on the brake pedal. I didn't catch the employee's name but he said the most likely cause was bad rotors. He checked it out and saw that several of the pads were really worn. I was given the option to have just the front rotors done or both the front and rear. The price he quoted was really fair. Within 2 1/2 hours I was on my way with new rotors and pads. I drove around a bit on the way home and my brakes work properly now. Like they did when I first bought the car. No noise or vibrating. I'll definitely be back!!

Not many places can say they have helped set a world record for the fastest Dodge Caravan, but the guys at HW can. Being front wheel drive the alignment is crucial for drag racing. Howard and John got this thing perfect for me. Cant thank them enough!
