I'm going to be polite😤 all I can say is never again!!! The owner Connie is very arrogant rude & had a ugly nasty attitude she cursed at me because one of her NEW mechanics left things off my vehicle which I addressed with him & he admitted to a very nice fella! However, Afterwards all she could say was "I stand behind my mechanics." No apology or anything!!! But mind you👉🏾 he was new 🙄 her words not mine🤷🏾♀️

As a single female, mechanics often try to take advantage of me, but that was NOT the case here. Connie seems very honest and fair with all of her customers. I was driving across the country and needed some repairs. I was in and out quickly and back on the road in no time. I feel lucky to have found this place and would recommend it to other travelers and locals.

Very quick and very reasonable. Father-in-law came into town and his car was showing oil pressure problems. Dealer wanted around $300 to diagnose and fix it, and they wouldn't get to it that day and maybe not the next. Took it to Jacks and they diagnosed and fixed it for less than half that price and had it in and out within half a day. Excellent service and very quick. Good people and easy to deal with. Would recommend to everyone I know

Dropped vehicle off for electrical repair on scheduled appointment (Wednesday 1 Dec). Picked vehicle up on Friday evening. Stopped at store before heading home. Opened door and cover fell off of area that had been disassembled. Clip was broken and someone attempted to glue it back. I took the broken piece and went back to find out why it wasn’t simply replaced $29 part. At first the comment was this is what happens on older model vehicles. I simply asked why wasn’t it stated when I picked the vehicle up. Was told the mechanic said it was like that when he got it. I have no problem with the work of even the $270 bill, but I believe in integrity. I didn’t put the proxy on the part and it’s evident that it was a fresh application where the clip(s) were broken. As stated I wouldn’t have brought it back if it was like that. I could not do the work, which was why I took it to them in the first place. All I can say is that since the mention is to have a blessed day and other comments that mention God, why can’t integrity be a characteristic that’s practiced. I appreciate the work to fix the electrical problem, but I definitely won’t return and I’ll share experience with my co-workers on the base. I want to provide an update. I spoke with Ms. Connie on yesterday regarding my issue with a member of her staff. Although it came down to it being my word against theirs, Ms. Connie offered to replace the part. I explained to her that I already purchased the part and had it installed. I also explained that it was not about the part because I would have actually been more than happy to pay for that, as well. Someone tried to glue the part back and it didn’t work. My thing was saying that they received it like that. Connie went above and beyond to make things right, which to represents someone who prides themselves and their business on providing exceptional customer service. She explained some hardships in the company, but still insisted on replacing the part or compensating me for it. I asked that she just pass that cost on to help someone else that might need vehicle repairs, but cannot afford them. I’m blessed to be in a position to do such, but I wanted to tell Ms. Connie Thank You!

I am in the market for a used car and wanted to have a mechanic look at the vehicles I made a final decision. A friend of mine found Jack's, so I went there to explain my situation. Everyone I spoke with was nice and helpful. I was quoted a reasonable price to have the vehicle checked – under $50. Even better, the mechanic examined the vehicle within an hour. The owner was a pleasure to talk to – she even wished me well with my purchase. Give this place a try if you want to work with friendly, fast, and honest people.

Extremely helpful! My car lost power steering 100 feet from Jack's. I pulled in and they immediately knew what was wrong after lifting the hood. Unfortunately it was almost 6 o'clock, so they couldn't fix it until the next day. The owner drove me home and picked me up the next day so I wouldn't have to get a cab. My car was fixed the next day at a great price. The prices and service were all excellent! Would definitely recommend Jack's.

I pulled in today in the middle of a crisis. My car randomly started over heating and I needed to get to my dad shop in Edmond. I came in and talked to Ms. Connie the owner and one of her mechanics looked at my car and noticed I had a tear in one of my hoses. My dad and uncle are both mechanics so Ms. Connie let me wait inside to see if I could figure something out and unfortunately I was not able to. I am almost 4 months pregnant, it’s hot outside, I’m in crisis, and I’m emotional as heck, but Ms. Connie assured me that she and her mechanic would try something to help me get to Edmond. They ended up getting something done for me and putting in antifreeze. They were helpful and so so kind even tho she was a mechanic short! They are busy and I definitely believe they know what they’re doing! I will always keep them in mind and hopefully be able to repay them at some point! Definitely recommend coming here!

This place is amazing my husband hurt himself at work and had to have surgery it was the same time the ice storm happened we were leaving the hospital and realized the driver's side door wouldn't shut and had to tie till we could get into town and we had stopped at another place to see if someone could take a look and they wouldn't but then we stopped here and a man came out and figured the problem out right then and there with no charge and was kind and we were thankful for that! Had my car worked on and they were quick and the pricing was good and we will be using them again in the future if needed!

I've been to this shop more then a few times for my 93 caprice I just acquired which had no ac, an oil leak, transmission leak, ect... Connie was able to explain to me what was wrong with my car as each issue was fixed one by one, part by part by the mechanics. The price was fair and there are no more leaks and the ac is works fine. I was able to drive my car to Lawton and back without any issues.

We love Jack's Auto. Connie is the absolute sweetest thing ever. She is so knowledgeable. They always call us promptly and get to our vehicles in a timely manner. When we pick up our vehicle they explain everything in detail that was done. Their mechanics are the best. We will continue to take our vehicles to Jack's Auto.

🚨 **WARNING: Do NOT Trust Jack’s Auto Repair!** 🚨 Jack’s is a full-blown scam operation, **NOT** a reliable mechanic shop! Don’t be fooled by the paid five-star reviews—**read the one-star ratings** to see the real horror stories from customers who got scammed, stranded, and ripped off. **overcharge for makeshift repairs** that fail in days, then **demand more money** to fix their own mistakes. And if you try to hold them accountable? They’ll suddenly “change their policy” and force you to pay all over again. Meanwhile, your hard-earned cash goes toward **gold rings on the cashier’s hand** instead of a proper fix for your car. 💰 Save yourself the nightmare—**AVOID JACK’S AT ALL COSTS!** Unless, of course, you enjoy being stranded on the side of the road wondering where your money went.

I think they saved our lives. We were visiting the area from 3 hours away and our car overheated while we were there. Took it to Jack’s and they immediately identified the issue (they’re very knowledgeable) and recommended our options. Ended up getting the car towed. Thank you all so much for pointing us in the right direction- and thank you for being kind and professional. It’s a rare thing to find these days! Highly recommend Jack’s - wish we didn’t live 3 hours away so we could go there more frequently.

My son had an estimate from another shop for an over $3000 repair, so he called Jack's and was quoted $1300-$1400 for the same repair. After Jack looked at his car, and test drove the hell out of it, my son was informed that there was nothing wrong with his car, but recommended he fill the gas tank, and put some fuel treatment in there. Highly recommend Jack's, he saved my son a bunch of money!

I am so very grateful that I was referred to Jack's. When I first called, I was upset and worried because I had broken down in OKC with no idea how I would get home. The lady that answered was extremely kind and assured me that everything would be ok. They were able to send a tow truck to pick up my car and myself. Once there, they quickly got to work diagnosing the problem and getting me a reasonable quote for services. I'm so thankful that I turned up here. I'm not even from Del City, but I will be recommending Jack's to anyone needing a good mechanic.

**Avoid Jack's at All Costs – Unethical, Inept, and Out for Your Wallet!** If I could give negative stars, I would. I trusted Jack's to repair a fuel vapor leak, thinking they were professionals. What a mistake. First, they quoted me a price for new parts, which I paid in full. Then, after receiving my car, they suddenly claimed they couldn’t find the part and suggested either spending my day scavenging at a junkyard or allowing them to “craft” a makeshift replacement—at the same full price. Reluctantly, I agreed, since they assured me their work was up to factory standards. Fast forward a week—I returned the rental I had to pay for and picked up my car, only for their sloppy excuse for a repair to fail within ten days! When I contacted Jack’s, I was met with an absurd demand: I would have to pay another diagnostic fee just to confirm their own failure. Outrageous! Since I couldn’t afford another rental, I confirmed that I could return in the future with proof of failure, and they assured me the repair would be covered (after yet another diagnostic fee, of course). When I finally returned, Jack’s conveniently "changed their tune" and said the repair was **not covered**—meaning I’d have to pay for everything all over again. **Completely unacceptable.** This place operates on deception, excuses, and empty promises. They bait you with professionalism, then fleece you with sham repairs and endless fees. Save yourself the headache and **take your vehicle elsewhere**—Jack’s is nothing but a costly mistake waiting to happen.

Worst mechanics ever I bought a car in six hours later I was broke down on the side of the road so I had it towed here. Apparently there was a rats nedt underneath my cover that ate some of my coil pack wires Pictures are shown how they fix this 🤦♀️ they changed out my fuel pump and fuel sending unit and said that’s the reason why I broke down no that’s incorrect. Come to find out the float is bent and not working correctly. Therefore, every time I hit a quarter of a tank I ran out of gas. This woman has cost me almost $2000 for a $30 fixed. She fixed other things on the vehicle and they were not broke which was incorrect as well. They are nothing but scan artist. I told My Mother for years to quit taking her vehicles to them. They are doing nothing but screwing her over and now she finally sees the truth.

My experience with Jack Auto service center was a very positive experience, cautious at first Connie is a straight forward lady she delivers on her word, plus works hard to keep customers protected and doesn't do short cuts. I was impressed she and her mechanics were working to save my old engine but we still installed a new rebuilt remanufactured engine for our Chevy Equinox. They did a very respectful job on our car. We highly recommend their services if you need to weed out the gremlin eggs out of your automotive before they hatch.
