these people all work on commission and they’re up charge specialist. They overcharged on labor compared to dealership they throw in a little diagnostic. They said this routine for $185 when you question them give you a shop credit but won’t refund your money why would you go back to someplace if you had a shop credit, if they ripped you off the first time avoid this place like the plague. Just because it says AAA doesn’t mean The reputable. The service writer was very nice, but they’re pretty dishonest called my credit card company disputed the portion for the unauthorized diagnostic.

**Terrible Experience with AAA Automotive Service** I recently took my vehicle to AAA Automotive Service, and it was a complete disaster. They failed to properly diagnose the issue, instead playing a guessing game with expensive repairs. After spending over $5,000, my car still had the same problem. When I brought it back, they charged even more in additional fees for "new issues," which were never mentioned before. The service advisor, Jaye, was rude and dismissive, showing no respect for customer concerns. To make matters worse, the manager seemed to back up the poor service and dishonest practices. It feels like they’re ripping people off with unnecessary and costly work. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and take your vehicle somewhere else where they actually care about resolving the problem, not padding their profits.

They are all very polite and respectful of my needs. Unfortunately it was a bad day for me. On my way to a Dental appointment and my car broke down. Being a retired Auto Technician for over 50 years and ran an Auto repair shop for over 45 years. I did no what was wrong with my car, but I decided to let someone else take care of it. The hardest part of my day was having to sit out there on a Farm road for over 2 hours was unfortunately was incredibly difficult. Not triple A’s problem there was a lot of emergency calls. There are days like that. I at least had phone service but no internet. Had plenty of water and snacks in the car. Have a good day

Just stopped by today to get my car smogged and to replace a burnt out taillight. Couldn't be happier with the service I received. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, and they are very military friendly. I wish I had found this place sooner!

Buyer beware! Tried selling my wife $800 worth of brakes when it only needed pads. Scared her claiming 'metal to metal.' To me metal to metal is down to the rivets on the pads and the corresponding groove on the rotor....uhmmmm duh? Some brake pads have metal tabs to indicate by a scraping sound that you should have your brakes looked at. Was close, but brakes were quiet. Rotors were clean. Would they have admit that and drop the price down? Tell me I need pads and if my rotors are bad show me. Have them show you the problem or get a second opinion. May have been the sales guy but shops like this make me mad. 2 stars for prior 'decent' service. Unless I just didn't realize I got ripped off! Makes me question it.

I would give these guys 0 stars if i could. just got my car back yesterday from them from overheating and spent $1628 to fix it and less than 50 miles later it over heats again and the radiator blows and they want me to pay another 850$ to fix it

Sorry but I had to write this review because I am cracking up right now, so purposely we took a transmission to their shop specifically that of a 700r4 for a 1986 corvette. Their diagnosis came back as I should get a totally new transmission, and that there was “no saving it, and it was toasted” However, when I came to pick it up, I had to drive it 10 miles home and guess what it drove perfectly fine funny enough. That being because the governor was clogged in the transmission. Which was purposely done to test AAA‘s diagnostic crew that they have there and their reliability altogether as a shop here in Vacaville. We have deemed their shop one unreliable two they jack up the price for one they told us in my crew that a new transmission along with all these other costs would be around $7000 now let’s go to red label for example here in town they told us the same fix for the exact same materials that AAA would use even higher quality would only cost roughly around 3000 and that’s up in the price on their end. I would honestly want a whole refund on my whole diagnostic because they did not diagnose my transmission at all saying they do automatic transmissions had me baffled. They didn’t check the simplest thing that being the governor of a 700 R4, which is the most simplest thing any transmission mechanic should know to do their mechanics are lackluster and fall short compared to other shops in Vacaville or the surrounding area. I would highly never recommend this AAA to anybody here in Vacaville in my community.

Horrible experience with this shop I left my vehicle for a computer repair my vehicle ended up sitting there for about 4 months no calls to update me or keep me informed and on top of that they don’t take care or are responsibility for the cars when I went to pickup my vehicle someone drilled a hole into the tank I spoke to the manager which by the way is very disrespectful he told me to take my vehicle home since he didn’t want it there didn’t offer to repair or look for the gas tank. Please don’t waste your time or give them your business to this AAA Shop . All expenses are now being paid through me. Very disappointed and upset with this place .
