This AutoZone is the location that I had the best experience at. Jennifer is the best store manager I have ever encountered. Listen, I can code software all day and figure out how to descale a tankless water heater, but cars…. 👁️👄👁️ I came in to the store with a treasure trove of products I needed for two cars after getting outlandishly priced auto quotes from a big box auto shop. The products the likes of which I learned were on the actual shelves and I could’ve likely pulled myself, but let’s keep it real, it probably would’ve taken me like 10 mins for each thing. Kenny G patiently helped me with all 19 items as I literally held a clipboard and checked things off my list! 😅 He even championed me to grab some of the items that were right up front! I now know that washer fluid is green, I don’t know what color I thought it would be. He advised me of the difference between the brake lubricant and the spark plug anti seize lubricant and what they are used for, which was enlightening because again…… 👁️👄👁️!!! After I checked out, he helped me take my haul out to the car, and showed me how to change my wiper blades! It’s service like this that really matters. This dude has inspired me to make my regular car maintenance less of a mystery!

I called this Nut Tree Rd/Alamo Rd Auto Zone to verify they had my battery in stock. They said yes and I was on my way. I got there just before 3pm. Kenny was getting off shift at 3 but stayed 15 minutes late on his own time to help me. I ended up having corroded battery cables and Kenny and the manger Jennifer both helped me get the cable repaired and battery installed so I could be on my way. Much praise for these employees. I went to buy a stp oil and filter combo for 29.99 like the sign says but because the stp oil filter is over 11.99 my total was 38.91 so the 29.99 it just get you in the door and it depends on what oil filter your vehicle takes

I came in super confused on the type of windshield wipers I needed, yet Alyssa was quick and friendly to offer her help. She gave me a good deal on the wipers that also came with glass cleaner 🤙 let's goo! And in conversation I mentioned that my key fob wasn't working well and without hesitation she grabbed a tool, opened it up and replaced the battery. Man this really made my day bc I've been struggling with this key for a minute. Lol thank you so much Alyssa, you are super professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick.
