They don’t stand behind their work. They over tightened several lug nuts and refused to claim responsibility for it. Cost me over $200 to get the repair done by another shop. I should take them a small claims court.

Advertised a $69.99 deal then proceeds to explain my vehicle is newer and the filter costs more, then charges second vehicle I brought $50 for 2 front wipers and threatens to fail the inspection. Won’t be coming back or renewing membership.

Where to start? Randall, Jeff, and Jason really saved the day. Late afternoon on a Friday and our alternator gives out. Baby, toddler, wife, and myself stranded on 40. Get towed to this shop and it’s almost closing time. Guys stayed late battled a bad part and got us back on the road for our weekend getaway. Could have easily said it’s closing time and left us scrambling for a hotel and next day service. They got it done and we couldn’t be more thankful. Appreciate the extra effort more than you know
