after delbert fixed ballpoint horrible noise then changed brake pads got worse sent me to mechanic with promise to pay and it was a bent backing plate. He refused to pay for damage he did during ball joint replacement.

Communication was great and mechanic was on time for my appointment. He didn’t introduce himself, so not sure of his name. Only thing that could be better was diagnostic pricing. I was charged $75 and he wasn’t even here for 10 mins. Definitely a waste of money. He did say it was my engine but nothing was really diagnosed to get that answer, he just went by the sound of the car but who knows what the problem could really be!!

Never again will I call him to do work again on my cars. He put a starter on my truck and the next day it was smoking from under the car and leaking oil. I call dis dude for almost 3 days to come look my truck, bad communication, no response when u txt and when he finally came, he did and barely said nothing. Can’t even drive my truck now and got the nerve to tell me to take it a shop to get it looked at, ain’t u a mechanic is wat im saying to myself. My advice to yall people keep scrolling when he see J&M automotive cause he going to finesse you like he did me
