I was rear ended in an accident about a month ago. I heard horror stories from friends about the time and process it took for repairing a Tesla, but I have to say that I didn’t experience any of that with Hudson Autoworks! They informed me from the beginning the amount of time it would take to repair my car, and the estimate was very accurate. They also updated me weekly on what had been repaired with my Tesla and what they would be doing in the next week. This was the most amazing customer service experience! When I retrieved my car, a service rep reviewed everything that was done to the car with me, and we walked around the car together to go over those changes. Hudson Autoworks was very interested in making sure that I was a satisfied customer. I couldn’t be more pleased! Thank you for restoring my car so beautifully.

I needed body work done after I was side swiped. They were able to get me in for a quote same day, while other shops needed an appointment weeks out just for an estimate. Once I got the quote, the worked with the insurance adjuster and got me in two days later, the Monday before Christmas. Other shops were saying it could be February or March before they could get me in for repairs. Hudson said it would be a week to week and a half for the repairs, I anticipated the week and half with the holiday, however they were able to get my vehicle back to me in four days so I had it for the holidays. They did an amazing job, even fixed a couple of scratches that were not from the incident. I will definitely be going back to them in the future even if it is simply for a detail.

We contacted Hudson Collision to reattach a spoiler that fell off our VW. In speaking with them by text, JP answered questions. He went out of his way to do an online search to see if the part was covered by a recall, which unfortunately it was not. Because of his integrity, and the amazing reviews, we opted to use their service and could not be happier. Lisa, in the office was patient and kind and reflected the integrity that we experienced from JP. The work was done quickly while we waited and the cost was more than reasonable. Beautiful job! Outstanding is what my husband said. High, high compliment coming from him! Highly recommend.

Customer service isnt dead I stood thinking waiting to pick up my car. I was asked about my day and if I'd like anything to drink while I waited. The repairs here make the car look better than when you drove it off the lot. They take their time, match the paint, and the end result, it's better than new. If didn't already have a job, I'd put in an application to work here. That's how much I appreciate their work and the environment they have established. ...and no I don't personally know anyone who works here. Just an honest review.
