If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Went in because my car kept vibrating after my wheels had been balanced at another place on gate city. Turns out only one had been balanced.. they fixed the problem and now my car doesn’t vibrate anymore!! Affordable and fast. I couldn’t get the young man’s name who did the work for me but overall great customer service and great people!

Best place to buy tires and wheels, fantastic prices! beat everyone else's by $. I had an order in with another shop that couldn't get the Fuel wheels I wanted for 2 months. I stopped by here and he said I'll have them here in 5 days with everything ready to go. The guys know what they are doing, looked at my truck asked all the right questions I couldn't have been more pleased with everything. Level kit on a 2021 F350 with Fuel D776 and Falken Wildpeak AT3W 37x12.5r20. Had to put in a Rough Country speed calibration to get the speedometer right, forscan wouldn't work.

I have been wanting rims on my car for awhile now and it is very difficult to find people I trust. After doing my own research I went to Rad Performance first to price check. They were friendly, answered all of my questions comfortably, and gave me information on what I needed. I went to three other places and Rad Performance won by a longshot with price, and service. They even took me to work when I left my car there. I suggest going to them.

I forgot to tell them to put the tires that came off my truck in the bed. My fault, but I told them I’d be back the next day to get them and they said okay. Got up there, they said the tire guy already took them. Unfortunate but not a huge deal. Mistakes happen, i understand that. Just wish it would have been communicated better. I should have remembered but I was in a rush.
