The people at windshield glass are amazing! I shattered my back window and of course I needed it replaced that day since it was going to storm. I call a company, rhymes with Daflite, and they could not get me an apt for a week because the glass for the car was on back order and just to come in and crash wrap the back window. Someone at worked mentioned Windshield glass, right around the corner, and I called thinking they could not fit me in either, BUT.... they said to come in now and they could find the glass that day and repair it in two hours for the same price as the other co. I brought them my car and they actually took me back to work while they were fixing my glass. They are AMAZING and I highly recommend them to everyone!

I've used this establishment several times in the past 5 years and have always been happy. Stopped in yesterday to get a small amount of adhesive to reglue my rear view mirror to the windshield (base is 3/4" square) - they would not sell me enough for the repair and said it would be $70 for them to do it. Scott (owner) promptly called me and asked what they could do to make me happy - explained that they have to order single use packets of adhesive as they only carry bulk. It's a 2 stage adhesive so it wasn't as simple as I thought it would be.

I highly recommend Windshield Glass Inc. and give them a solid "5 Stars". I am a retired service manager for a major automotive dealership with over 45 years of experience and know the business extremely well. If I was to score them on a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), I would give them 100% across the board. Windshield Glass in downtown Greensboro was recommended to me for a cracked windshield. After calling them on Tuesday morning, they asked if I could bring the vehicle right in and they would assess the damage. Not only did they expertly repair the chip, they were extremely knowledgeable and professional from check in to check out. I was in and out in less than an hour!

If you miss being treated like a valued customer and you want quality workmanship, this is the place for you. I had called 4 other glass shops and could not get an accurate quote to replace the windshield on my car. Quotes ranged from $200 to over $800 but no one was quite sure if they had quoted the correct replacement windshield. The folks at Windshield Glass took the time to ensure that the right replacement windshield was installed on my car. They gave me an accurate and reasonable price. You know it's a good car shop when you aren't compelled to call your husband and dad after getting a quote! Scott walked me through all my options to make sure I didn't spend more than I had to! Amazing. On top of that, after I showed up 10 minutes late for my appointment AND had a request to be out at a certain time they did it with a smile!! Next time a rock gets thrown at me, I will a little less upset... at least now I know a good windshield shop!!

I can’t say enough good things about this business. I’m shipping my daughter a new to her car today and of course the factory rearview mirror fell off yesterday out of nowhere. I went to two different glass places this morning neither of which had technicians on site in-house. I called to arrange a replacement for my back window, and the customer service I received was extremely disappointing. The representative insinuated that I couldn’t afford the $100 deposit, raised his voice when I asked for clarification about the available parts, and spoke to me in an aggressive and unprofessional manner. Overall, the interaction left me feeling disrespected and unsatisfied with the service.
