I was referred to Webster's because my mechanic doesn't work on German cars and we had a new car. I was so impressed with this place and so happy with our car service. They not only answer their phone in person, but they are so kind and attentive when you come in. They are busy but never acted like I was a burden. They got my car in and out and made several helpful suggestions. I was super encouraged by the atmosphere and just normal people not trying to squeeze money out of me. I would highly recommend their service, if you need it!

I have taken my 2017 Lexus to Webster's Import last week (February, 2024). It needed axles and a radiator. They identified the problem, they repaired it in an expeditious manner, and THEN they followed up with a phone call to find out if everything was working the way that it should. I was so impressed. The professionalism goes beyond reproach. Wes and the entire Webster's Import team are AWESOME! I don't mind paying the prices that are quoted to me because I know that it will be fixed correctly. I have been telling everyone about their services. I wished that I would have known about this establishment when I started driving 30+ years ago. Kindly, Kathy H.

Webster's Import Service is the best place in town! Took my car for an oil change and AC repair. Also had them look over the car to prepare for a drive across country. Jorge and Wes were wonderful and provided great service. I was able to use the shuttle service to pick up my car and Steve was great also. Everything was checked over and a very affordable price that was better than I expected. I feel very comfortable driving my car across country now. Thanks so much Webster's!

Take your car here if you want your car to smell like cigarettes. Came in for a fuel filter replacement and a tire rotation(which they did just fine, aside from correcting the tire pressure), and as soon as I opened the truck door, there was an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke, office told me the gentleman working on the car doesn’t smoke and shrugged it off. Now my truck smells like someone has been smoking for years in it. Won’t be bringing back any cars in the future.

My husband and I love and trust Webster’s! I’ve mostly worked with Wes. He has always been kind, respectful, courteous, responsive, and friendly. I have had a continuous issue with flashing lights (4-5 lights at variable flashing speeds) on the dash of my 13 year old Subaru for years. The dealership has had my car a few times for days/weeks at a time with no resolution and I just gave up. I decided to take it to Webster’s last week because it was the only issue with my car and was driving me crazy. No lie - it was fixed within 2 days, including the time to order the part. They constantly have delivered for my family and worked to be cost effective at every turn. I cannot recommend them more highly.

We were on our way out of town, heard some flapping under the car. We were in a hurry, it was actually kind of an emergency trip, and we pulled into Websters. Long story short, they took the car for a ride, put it up and saw that the idiots at Firestone who had done our oil change hadn’t adhered the lower hood back in place. They understood our dilemma, fixed it, didn’t charge us a nickel. We’ve used them forever, perhaps that’s why we were treated so nicely, but I love these guys, recommend them to everybody, all the time.

This is an excellent auto repair shop. The mechanics are well trained, the service is quick and dependable and they are honest. Honesty and competence are a winning combination. I have sent many of my friends to Websters and they all thank me..

I think that this business really doesn't want to do small jobs on older vehicles, so they give a very high estimate so you will just take it elsewhere. My 23 year old minivan needed a starter. They quoted me $700 to replace the starter! I told them that I did not want to spend that much on that old of a vehicle. I knew that they starter couldn't be hard to get to because they told me that they diagnosed the problem by having the mechanic tap on the starter and it cranked. I called an auto parts store and found out that I could buy a new starter for $159. I'm not mechanically inclined and don't want to be, so I took my van to another mechanic. It was only 1 hour of labor at $125, and they charged me $182.04 for the starter unit + tax. Total $327.77! BIG DIFFERENCE FROM $700! Just another example of crooks trying to take advantage of women!! Despicable!

I think what matters most about an automobile service repair is trust, quality, and customer service. They rate five stars on these! I’ve been a customer at Webster’s for 20 years. I trust them to do a good job and trust that they do not try to charge for unnecessary repairs. Their customer service has always been stellar as well. I recently had a small issue that Webster’s went out of their way to resolve to my satisfaction. So they also get five stars for Customer Service. The only reason I deducted one star is because I was disappointed to learn they now charge an additional 3% to use a credit card. I know some companies do this to recoup the fees charged to them for processing cards. It is the first I’ve seen in Greensboro. I consider it a cost of doing business, just like their utility bills. With the exception of charging a credit card fee, they rate a five star. If that’s not a big deal to you as a customer, I would highly recommend Webster’s!

The folks at Webster were friendly, informative, and efficient. They even had a shuttle service to take me home after dropping my vehicle off and to pick me up when it was ready. The two men who gave me shuttle rides (Pat and Mike) were absolutely wonderful. An excellent and thorough experience. I will definitely be back to Webster.

Been going here for years. Great people and great service always. And if for some reason they cant fix something which is rare, they'll point you in the right place to get it done. I can't enough good things about them.

This place was recommended to me by a neighbor, when our regular service center couldn't get me in until after our vacation. The only person I talked to was Bob, and he is very friendly. They got the car in and out in one day, and I felt like the cost was probably reasonable. I also liked that the storefront, where you would have to sit and wait, if you were waiting for your car, is clean and doesn't smell like tires or grease.

I brought my car here for an overheating issue, and this shop completely mishandled the situation. I explained everything up front, yet instead of listening and performing a proper diagnostic, they immediately told me I “need a new radiator” without even bleeding the system or testing it correctly — and then tried to charge me $650 to replace it. I explained that when the system is bled properly, the car will idle without overheating, but they ignored that and stuck to their wrong conclusion. A radiator alone cannot cause air to get into a cooling system, yet they used that as their excuse. They later claimed the issue was the thermostat, which was simply untrue since I had already replaced it and the problem persisted. This shows either a lack of knowledge or a lack of honesty — neither of which is acceptable from a shop that people trust with their cars. It came across as lazy at best and dishonest at worst. The customer service was equally poor: it took calling them at least five times and showing up in person just to get them to even look at my car. They also bragged about the owner having 20+ years of Nissan experience, but meanwhile couldn’t diagnose a basic cooling issue. If you value your car, your time, and your money, I strongly recommend you avoid this place.

This place isn’t fancy with those high overhead costs (like big dealerships on major thoroughfares), but it is a place with honest mechanics doing quality work. Webster’s worked on our (former) 2000 Honda Accord and on our current Odyssey. I know they’ll call to go over items and expenses when they exceed anticipated costs. The waiting room is reasonably comfortable with complimentary coffee & water. We’re pleased with the quality and cost of needed repairs here and recommend Webster’s to folks looking for honest mechanics without games, gimmicks, up selling, etc.

I called and checked on some tire prices for my wife and a friend of ours. Jason answered and was prompt to get me a quote together. He ordered the tires and set the appointments and I tell you, I couldn't be happier. He explained the benefits of an alignment and we are all set to go now. Great place to do business. Thanks Jason for your attention and hospitality.

These are the people who work there really care about their customers. The first time we went there we couldn't afford to get the work done there, they helped us and told us the problem giving instructions on how to make the repair and just helped as much as a person could. This time they got my car in and out of there super quick and these people don't charge extra and are so kind.

I’ve been taking my Mazda 6 to Webster’s the past 4 years and they’ve been the best mechanics. Wes is my normal service advisor and he’s always willing to squeeze me in, answer questions, and has gone above and beyond to get my car back on the road quickly and efficiently. It’s a honest group of mechanics who don’t try to oversell you on unnecessary repairs. I love my local mechanic, Webster’s!

WHERE DO I EVEN START? For reference, out of state customer, purchasing a car from a local dealership Jason and his team are simply amazing. Honest people. Respectful. People you can trust I sent somebody from the dealership to get a pre purchase inspection (PPI) done on the car I’m looking to buy and let’s just say the went well above and beyond 🙏🏼 Go there and experience it first hand. I wish I had a shop like this in San Francisco! Thank you Jason. Much appreciated! Merry Christmas and happy holidays 🎄🤍
