WOMEN BEWARE! I came looking for another nearby mechanic and the owner (Will) mislead me for about two hours into thinking he was the mechanic I was looking for. I ended up leaving with lights that weren’t previously on. He took something off the car. Honestly the entire experience was extremely traumatic and triggering. This man is dishonest and he will abuse your kindness. Beware!

Paid for a job that didn't fix my car had to go to the dealership to get my car fixed properly! The mechanic had me order parts he thought I needed and I ordered the parts while he was with me. Then when it came time to install he said he replaced everything but didn't. And he said he couldn't figure out the issue because he was not an electrical mechanic! Further more future customers it never hurts to get a second opinion!!! Before you spend alot of money that isn't necessary!

It was the worst experience that I have ever had dealing with any type of shop. I do not recommend at all. I personally was trying to patronize black owned business. Don’t I’m definitely going to contact the Better Business Bureau. his job was to only put spark plugs in my Mercedes-Benz 350 GL K. When I left the lot, my check engine light was on and my car was chuck chuck chuck chuck chuck down the road. I returned back to the shop and he charged me another fee to reinstall, spark plugs…WOMEN BEWARE!😡 There were a lot of red flags that I just did not pay attention to. There were no other Mercedes in the parking lot. He asked me to bring my own parts Etc. The Customer Service alone is enough not to go there. This gentleman has no integrity.

Came here twice already, first time car was out the shop quickly second time not so much, not the mechanics fault but just an accident that was fixed and paid by the mechanic fixing his error, honestly i’m not used to hood ethic and business in these days but will shows it. i recommend all my family to him and will continue to come back!

My husband and I stopped by yesterday to get a quote on repairs for my son BMW 328i. First of all we stopped by and the front door sign says “open” but the door was locked. So I started to go around the back, and as I was leaving the front, a gentleman came and unlocked the front door, not pleasant at all, barely spoke. I told him what I was trying to do, he said just text the phone number with the VIN number and I will respond with a quote. No customer service skills at all! My husband said definitely not doing any kind of business here. So to give him the benefit of the doubt, I text the information to the number from his website, with all the information, needless to say, I haven’t heard anything yet. The first impression was definitely the last impression.

I had been looking for an alternative for repairs other than the well known foreign car shops and decided to give Big Will a try. The service was great and my repairs were all completed saving me a bunch of additional fees and high hourly service rates. Big Will provided updates on my repair and the vehicle was ready to go in about 24 hours. I will be using Big Will again. I even was able to buy my own parts which helped save even more. Back in early March I had an issue with leaking. I had another shop replace my thermostat on my 2014 Mercedes Benz CLA 250 it was also discovered that it needed a Crankcase Breather. Technicians had explained that particular part was on back order for several months and it was an expensive repair. After discovering Big Will's Beamer and Benz commercial on TV I decided to give him a call to discuss this issue. Big Will reached out to a local dealership and initially was told that part was on backorder for several months as well. Consequently within a week's time another customer had decided that they didn't want there part anymore so Big Will was able to acquire that part for me (Lucky) 🤞🏿 I was most impressed with his knowledge and explanation of my repair and I'm extremely satisfied my cars performance. I also saved hundreds of dollars compared to a dealership. I highly recommend him for any mechanical issues with your vehicle.
