It's taken me months to leave this review. I received very poor quality of work and customer service and I was going to let it go but I'm still dealing with the effects of Mid Town not repairing my vehicle properly so I want my experience to be known. Last year someone had ran a stop light and collided with the front end of my vehicle. They hit pretty hard and damaged quite a few thins on the front end. The crash bar/bumper reinforcement bar was bent in so much that it damaged the radiator and the condenser. Mid Town had all of these replaced. There was a couple of front end body parts that were damaged as well. After Mid Town said that the vehicle was ready to be picked up I picked it up and left. I didn't closely inspect the body repairs before leaving because I trusted that everything was repaired correctly. After leaving I noticed that the vehicle pulled to the right. I kept the alignment perfect before this wreck. This is a work vehicle and I had already scheduled something to use it for that day so I figured I would contact them after I finished the scheduled job. After finishing up I inspected everything and noticed quite a few things. The body panels that were replaced weren't lined up correctly. The seam gaps were noticeably uneven. Some were wide in some areas and narrow in others. There was even one part that was damaged and not even replaced. I also noticed that the coolant reservoir was very low and I assumed that they didn't fill it after replacing the radiator. That wasn't a big deal but I mentioned that along with the other things when I emailed Jason and told him about everything. I think he responded with asking me to show him pictures and I did but I never heard back from him. I let it go and decided to just not go back anymore. I figured that I would just eventually pay someone else to line everything back up as well as get the front end aligned. I eventually took the vehicle in to get a front end alignment. This still didn't fix the vehicle pulling to the right and I realized that the problem was something else with the front end and not the tires. This is the reason I'm finally writing this review.. I'm still dealing with problems that they didn't fix and should have.

Really friendly staff, quick service. Only reason why I can't give 5 stars is because the work done on my car was a bit sloppy & I'm not sure it's because of the parts or the labor. My side mirror was swiped & the base of it was brand new from a previous accident. The base of the mirror was taken apart with a tool that really messed up the seam of the two pieces & it won't stick together anymore. Went back to get it fixed & they were more than willing to help, unfortunately it still looks terrible. I've given up trying to fix it & just hoping someone knocks my mirror off again 😂 Update: someone did side swipe me again and I got it fixed at Honda body shop so it looked brand new again 🤣

Terrible Customer Service (Especially from McKenzie) We had our vehicle at Mid-Town Body Repair, after someone hit the right side of our car. The other driver’s insurance was covering the damages, so we brought it here hoping for a smooth process. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but that especially because of the way my we were treated by one of their employees, McKenzie. From the very beginning, she was extremely rude and demeaning. She spoke to my husband as if he were ignorant, and when we asked reasonable questions about the repair process, her responses were dry, unhelpful, and completely lacking in professionalism. She provided misleading information and made what was already a stressful situation even more difficult. Her attitude was dismissive and lacked even the most basic level of compassion or courtesy. When we ultimately decided to take our car elsewhere for repairs, McKenzie acted immaturely refusing to speak directly with my husband and behaving as though we were the problem once he got there to pick up the car. If you're looking for respectful, professional, and honest customer service, look elsewhere. I strongly urge Mid-Town Body Shop to properly train their staff, especially McKenzie, on how to treat customers with basic decency. We will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone.

I am very pleased with Mid-Town. Jason is FABULOUS. Jason picked the best option for his customer (ME) on which parts to purchase to fix my car. He looked out for me by checking the warranty and picked the parts that had the best long-term outcome for me. Communication was top tier, and not to mention my car looks BRAND NEW. Can't even tell I had a little oopsie. I will hands down recommend this establishment to anyone, regardless of the level of repair that needs to be done. I trust them! Took my toyota camry there for sunroof replacement. Picked it up and the steering wheel had been scared from the removal of old glass. Went right back and jason said they would have to look for a used one because the one for my car was "discontinued " I thought this was unusual so I called the dealership and they just laughed. I didn't mind them finding me a used steering wheel, it's the lie that I was told. In the mean time, my car floorboard flooded from a leak in the sunroof. Took it back and they had forgotten to hook the drain tubes up. Picked it up again, still leaking badly. Took it back once again, new steering wheel installed and supposedly fix leak. Picked up again, steering wheel crooked. Went right back corrected steering. Still leaking sunroof. Ended up having to take it to toyota. The glass in sunroof was seated incorrectly causing the leak. The original repair was paid in cash, because jason told me they did not accept checks or cards. But when I sent my repair bill to them from toyota, they would not reimburse me in cash. I would highly recommend staying clear from midtown. Something a little shady with them. Again it's 9/23, I just had too return to the toyota place. Sunroof continues to leak. This time the repair cost me 20000. They found out someone had cut the drain tube and had glued it back together. I know at one revisit to midtown for leaking I was told someone did not hook drain tube back up during the original repair. In other words they accidentally cut and then tried to glue it back together. Very very upset about this. I would recommend staying far far away from midtown

My family has used Mid-Town a handful of times over the years, and every single time they have been kind and professional, they have done fantastic work, and they are reasonably priced. I'm always comfortable walking into the office- I never feel like anyone is talking down to me or trying to upsell me on anything. They help me figure out the best solution to whatever auto body problem I need to solve, and then they do the work in a timely and skilled way. I really, really appreciate this business!

My family and I got into an accident with an 18-wheeler going into the weekend while traveling to Mexico. We ended up sleeping in the parking lot of the auto body shop. The owner, Travis, showed up Saturday while they were closed and looked out for me and my family by securing our van and our belongings in the back. UPDATE: Several months after my repair the dealership point something out (coolant color), took the car back to Mid-town and great service the second go around! No questioning Jason jumped right back in to see what was going on. Not only did he figure it out but they washed my car for me upon return A+++++++ service 🙏 If I could give more stars, I would! ———————————————————— I am very pleased with Mid-Town. I was referred to mid town through my insurance agency after a long road of attempting to get my car repaired after a collision in January of 2023, Mid town did a wonderful job, they communicated throughout the entire process, the staff was very friendly and professional, after all repairs were completed they even showed me the damaged parts and went over all the repairs they made, to help me understand and reassure me that the over year and a half debacle I was put through with another repair shop, was finally over! I can’t show them enough appreciation for their awesome service and timely repairs, to getting me back in my car that I have been unable to drive for the last 2 years. I’m am so grateful! I definitely recommend them!

I don't know where to begin! The service I received was the best yet from any mechanic I have ever done business with! Travis went above and beyond to help me and I can't thank you enough. He returned all my calls and kept me posted. My car looks amazing! They give weekly text updates that let's you know the status and price of your vehicle. They even washed my car to top it all off. Travis has a heart of gold and a true God send! Everyone was nice and friendly. I am so grateful to Travis and his team for fixing my car. I just can't say thank you enough!!! I highly recommend this place. They will do you right and the prices are very reasonable! If you go anywhere else you are doing yourself an injustice. I couldn't be happier!! Thank you again Travis! Mid Town was very helpful during this transition being in my 1st accident. They answered every question w/ clarity and the steps and procedures of getting my car fixed. Even tho accident was not my fault and other party was paying for the service, Mid Town was there every step of the way to accommodate and help. Dealt w/ Clint and would not hesitate to use these guys again. Top Notch and my car looked amazing after being fixed!
