I live in North Chesterfield Va. my best friend lives in Greensboro and I ALWAYS make an appointment for my oil change etc when I visit. My last visit for my oil change turned into replacing my rear shocks. Many thanks to JB for taking care of that in timely fashion. I know with the holidays things were crazy!! Took seven days to get vehicle back. Charged me 1300$. They didn’t use my car max insurance. If you were going to charge 1300$, you would think you could have overnighted the part. The worst service the last two times I’ve been. Go anywhere else. Save your money. I’ve give them 0 out of 10 stars. This place is trash. Save your self the hassle

They completed my state inspection last weekend. They were able to get me in same day. Unfortunately, my jeep headlights weren’t operating so it didn’t pass, but they gave me options. I opted for them to make the repair. Ended up being a lot more cost effective than I thought. My girl was ready that following Monday morning. Super impressed by their team’s kindness, affordability, and their ability to complete the job within the time frame they originally quoted.
