Was told I needed over $6k worth of repairs I wasn’t expecting and their response was “it’s cheaper than a new car”…took it somewhere else for a second opinion and they found nothing but a bad thermostat, repaired it for $200. Staff was nice, but I can only assume they were trying to take advantage.

Not really a Jeep shop. I was having some issues with my Jeep's check engine light coming on. I took it to the dealer and wanted a second opinion so I called up the Jeep guys and explained to them what I wanted. The lady was nice and said sure bring it in! I told her I'd be towing it in from about 80 miles away. I show up at the shop and see a Subaru and a BMW in the garage being worked on. No Jeeps in sight. Not a good sign. I go in and speak with the guy at the counter and tell him what I'm there for and he tells me they don't do that kind of work. What? Apparently the nice lady who answers their phone doesn't know what they do. This place is a joke. I guess they just do oil changes and put air in tires but any real engine work they don't do, at least not on Jeeps. Total waste of time. Real Jeepers wouldn't go to this place.

Everything about repairs, including costs, was explained thoroughly upfront before any work was performed. Due to the length of time to find the problem with my backup camera and the subsequent repairs, Jeep Guys provided a loaner vehicle for me. This was a HUGE benefit since other resources of transportation would be difficult for me to arrange. JB kept me informed and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you Jeep Guys for your honest and reasonably priced service!

I’ve been going to Jeep Guys for years and always had great service. My family owns a tire store and service center in Florida so I’m a pretty tough customer on what I expect when in NC - and these folks are as good as it gets. Yesterday I was there and a kid was riding his bike down the sidewalk and had a problem with his tire and Terry (who is as good as you’ll find on all facets of auto repair) saw him and stopped what he was doing to help the kid. I know these reviews should be about auto repair but this reminded me why I trust these guys so much with both of my Jeeps. I won’t go anywhere else in NC.

I took my Jeep to their facility last week. They were friendly and up front, so I had no issue with that. My issue was the $400 fee for them to just ID why my battery was not charging when i had installed a new battery and alternator. Once they figured out the issue, then I would get another quote to fix it. The $400 did not go towards that quote for the repair. I have had over 25 cars of all makes since I started driving in the mid-80s and never been told I had to pay such a fee, especially if the shop ID'ing the problem also fixed it. I decided to take it to Jeep of Greensboro. They quickly ID'ed the problem and it only cost ~$250 after tax to fix it. In other words, $150 less than the Jeep Guys were charging only to ID the problem. I assume I saved at least $400 by taking my Jeep to the local Jeep dealer.

They completed my state inspection last weekend. They were able to get me in same day. Unfortunately, my jeep headlights weren’t operating so it didn’t pass, but they gave me options. I opted for them to make the repair. Ended up being a lot more cost effective than I thought. My girl was ready that following Monday morning. Super impressed by their team’s kindness, affordability, and their ability to complete the job within the time frame they originally quoted.

This place is a liability and straight up garbage. They took way too long for my family members Jeep to be fixed - over a month! When he got his vehicle, 2 bolts came off of the engine and the serpentine belt came off... while driving!!! The reviews of this being a 4 star shop is not accurate. If you care about yourself, don't go here.
