Never go to this place for service, i got 2 brand new front tires, and after 2 weeks they were already bad and needed new ones. I went up to precision tune to complain and they blamed my car because it was lowered which makes no sense, i've never had a problem with tires going bad because it was low until i got tires from them. Even my rear tires that i got from a different shop are still good after 6 months of driving. So basically they are telling me i need 2 new tires every 2 weeks/600 miles... makes no sense at all. I have pictures for proof which shows my recipt, the miles it had when the tires were changed and the miles that are on my car now. You be the judge. Update 3 weeks later: It was raining and my car had no grip on the road my car was sliding everywhere, i was lucky enough to avoid multiple accident. If i would of gotten in an accident, i would of had a lawsuit against precision tune.

Why would you take a vehicle in to do a diagnostic when your staff openly says that y'all don't do engine repairs? You only do engine swaps and two of your people couldn't even articulate which diagnostic test they actually did on the vehicle... Huge scam! Couldn't provide paperwork on any of the diagnostic services that you provided, but we're happily to charged $300 for it. Claimed the engine was blown but we had no problems driving off the lot with it.... Stick to tires and oil changes.

Everyone here is extremely helpful, courteous, respectful and patient... not just with me, but with every single person who came in while I was there. I had an oil change coupon that they applied and also another coupon I wasn't aware of.... THAT is real customer service- giving someone MORE than they expected! They are also right around the corner from my home which is extremely convenient. I have been going there since I moved to Greensboro nearly 16 years ago and I will keep going there for the employees just as much as the excellent service maintenance and repairs! 😁😎🧡

I would not recommend their services to anyone. Missed diagnosis my car and what was going on with my car. They don't seem very knowledgeable not sure if anyone is certified to even be working on a vehicle.

July 18, 2025 Had my Lincoln Town Car towed to Precision Tune on Battleground. It stopped running and no matter what we tried it just would not start. I had no previous experience with Precision Tune. The staff was so helpful and polite. The mechanic, Paul, was very thorough and knowledgeable. He had the car running great the next day. Fuel Pressure Sensor was the problem. I will be returning to Precision Tune when the next problem presents itself, and you know it will. Thank you, Paul!

Wasn’t too happy with the customer service at this location, front desk employee Sarah was very rude , I did not like her tone she was very condescending and how she handled herself , leaning on the counter on her phone like is this a place of business or social hour for the employees. I definitely will not be back to this location first impression was terrible .

Picked at my oil pan until it caused a leak then quoted me $700 to fix it the truck wasn’t leaking it’s parked in a new drive way I would notice. Well now my new drive way had an oil in it! I came in with another vehicle for oil change and tire rotation and after 2 hours they complete the oil change and tell me the tires don’t need to be rotated and if I wanted them done I’ll have to wait again since another vehicle was in the bay now. Do what I ask if I need an opinion I will ask!

I was going to here to get a oil change and a state inspections. But when I approached the counter, I waited to be helped but as I was waiting another customer came in and stood behind me. John the worker came in totally ignored me and helped the gentleman behind me. He never asked if I have been helped nothing. I've been to this location multiple times and never had an issue but today I was extremely disappointed. I will never return to this location.

took my car for a state inspection before i left the state because it’s in my mothers name and i was moving. I told the person at the front desk my car was a 2019 hyundai sonata and they corrected me saying it was a 2017. My mom went to pay the taxes and couldn’t because it didn’t say i even got an inspection. She called the place confused and they hooked the inspection on my 2019 to a car that we no longer have possession of and was totaled for 4 years. If you know anything about registration the inspection has to be done in nc if that’s where registered so i couldn’t just get it done in florida as a simple fix nor was i driving my car 10 hours back up to nc. So my mom told them they needed to fix it. They ended up fixing it but i decided to fly up there for other reasons and went in to get the receipt with her. Told the man i wanted my money back and he was extremely rude about it and said you want your money back i’ll give you 30 dollars. Do better

DO NOT TAKE YOUR FOREIGN VEHICLE HERE!! I brought my Volvo XC90 here for an oil change and they did not have the proper key to change it. I waited for over an hour thinking they were changing my oil only for the associate to tell me that they guys in the back were trying to remove something without the needed key. I immediately said that would come back the next day when the guy with the proper tool was there. Upon leaving this light appears on my dash board. I then called back up there and she said Oh no worries we will top off your fluids when you come back. I drove the vehicle to work the next day and back to Precision Tune to get my oil changed. I get there and they change my oil and top the fluid off to make the light go off. I drive it a few days and start to hear a knocking sound coming from the engine. I park it in my garage and drive my second vehicle. On my next day off I take the car back up there and Terry tells me that by the way it sounds he wouldn’t be driving it and to bring it back the next day and he would take a look at it. I come back the next day and he wants to charge me $120 just to look at it when I know it’s something they did!! ABSOLUTELY NOT!! I called to ask for documentation of what fluid they put in my car to make the message on my dash board go off and off course they can’t tell me and don’t have documentation of that on the paperwork. I have been in contact with Home office and will sue them if need be! BE AWARE!!

I took my car for oil change, and soon afterwards by two weeks, got an engine light on which indicates someone was tampered and cut a holes at your location. Same thing happen a few months ago with my Mercedes-Benz took my car for an oil change and someone cut evaporated hose or you changed. There is very good but other than that services is pretty bad they want you to come back to spend money and that’s not right it will be my last time me taking my car here at precision auto care.👎

I have a 2017 VW Tiguan. I came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I left the facility the first time and was told everything was good but the car was making a knocking sound. I took the car back and was told they didn’t check to make sure the weights was correct and they fixed supposedly. I then left again and got about a 100ft and heard another noise, After checking I noticed the cover to the oil pan was Dragging, Picture attached! I took the car back a second and they supposedly fixed it m. When I got home I noticed they used zip ties and barely attached it back. I called them and the guy John working the front desk had the nerve to say that the screws were loose. I asked why I was not told before I left the facility. Also looked like oil was leaking or oiled poured into the oil pan while filling. The oil pan is now damaged and they will need to replace! I have never had so many problems from a simple oil change. I would give the Greensboro North Carolina Battleground store a negative number if I could, zero is too good for them.
