DO NOT USE THIS WALMART. They have damaged two vehicles I have had, once destroyed my key and ignition switch resulting in me being towed, and the second time they scratched the entire driver side of my car. Terrible customer service, long wait times, and extremely combative when trying to resolve issues.

First of all they wouldn't even answer the phone and when I drove over there, the staff was very rude. I helped one older lady who was trembling, to her car, she had been waiting for two hours. She said they totally ignored her and put other people before her. They need a new store manager. Shame on you Walmart.

The worst store in Greensboro. I went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription that was ready. I got of line at 658 there was one person ahead of me already being helped. When that person was done the salesperson in the pharmacy told me very nasty that it was 700 pm and they were closed. This is unacceptable the gate was still up. I will not be going to this store or pharmacy anymore. They Are rude and have terrible customer service.

Average, as u know walmart tire techs are NOT mechanics. Tire install was smooth but they are NOT equipped to do anything extra. Stuck lug not "we cant get it off, i dont know what to do". Shame tire not put on had to come back. No manual tools in theyre "shop". Prices were the best, installation is as expected but nothing more.

Fast service and tires reasonable price. They can engage more into really helping the costumer. My wife's car didnt have the key for the tirelocks and they simply didnt even try to help her. I had to come and went around the corner and a dude with another key just forced it in with a hammer and took them off like in 5 minutes. Something they could also do for sure.

I would use any other company before using Walmart auto center probably Walmart in general. Came in at 6:20 need a tire before mine busted. The girl told me they stop excepting people at 5:30 then what’s the point of having the store open until 7 PM. so basically Walmart rather put your life at risk then to put your tire on 40 minutes before they close. If it takes someone that long to put a tire on, they should be fired. It’s a business so you don’t want the money just overcharge you

They did a good job on my headlight and tires, being able to go to any Walmart and get my tires rotated and balance for free is a plus too. Only thing is there was a long wait time. I guess it's like that at any shop with high volume. I forgot to make a schedule for my tire install. Other than that I didn't have any issuses.

Please don't waste you time and money at this place. I've been here twice my first experience was okay but, my experience last week was horrible. I waited ten minutes before I was even acknowledged by an employee. The guy with dreads saw me waiting and ignored me to talk to some girl that was obviously trying to walk away but he wouldn't leave her alone. He was also doing this while the phone rang nonstop but, no one would answer it. During my first visit I heard two people complaining about that their last oil change at this particular Walmart caused a severe oil leak and when I went in for the oil change last week the same thing happened to me. The mechanic came out and told me I had a bad leak and asked me where I got my last oil change. I told him I came here and he then tried to prove that I was lying. I had no reason to lie. Either they're running a scam and lying about oil leaks to charge people more money for more work or they just don't know what they are doing.

Ive been here twice and each time it feels like I have walked into the break room, each time I wait in front of the register where the employees stand around talking to each other talking (casually as if they were not working) for about 10 minutes before acknowledging you. The most recent visit to this car center, I stood in the front of the line for about 10 minutes in front of an employee who seemed to just be talking to a friend of theirs until her shift was over. I finally walked up to the register and asked for an oil changed and her response was "We're not doing car services right now." A complete waste of time, no apologies or anything. Same situation durning my first visit. I would not recommend anyone to do their car work here. 0 STARS

Purchase 4 new tires and pay so they can balance them and have them put new air valves. To make this story short, they only replaced the tires, and they lied to me and tried to tell me that they did. !Avoid this place!. They might have cheap tires, but their professionalism it's terrible. Don't put your life or your families life on the hands of a lazy technician.

Used the online system to order my tires. Got there and they say the tires don't fit. They said I could refund them and order the correct ones. So I said OK let's do that. They tried to get me to take the tires across the store to return them and said I have to order the correct ones online. Nope. Gonna get with my credit card company on this one and leave this review. Horrible service

BEWARE!! Guaranteed long wait time and Bad Experience and Customer Service!!!! Don’t waste you money or time!!!!! The people at this auto center are completely disrespectful. I came in to purchase a battery. My husband bought the battery and then he came back out to sit in the car. I went into the Auto Center to ask them how long it would take to get the battery installed. The lady working there gave me an attitude and rolls her eyes and says when I’m done with this line. I asked was there something wrong with her because she was rolling her eyes. Then she gives another attitude. Then she takes another 2 people that comes up after me. Zero percent level of customer service. Then another employee comes up to the desk. I say I just need to put this battery into my car Are you the one that puts in the battery or other lady. Then she gets defensive and says I will help you when I’m done with this other customer. I said I was just asking I don’t mind waiting. I just want to know. Then the other employee calls me crazy. I said don’t call me crazy. Then she say I’m not taking to you and tells me not to talk to her. I will never come to the auto place ever again. Completely disrespectful rude employees They lost my business. This is not how you treat a pregnant women. I was going to give them a chance in spite of the low rating. I understand the rating now and I’m they should be rated a zero. I’ve never had such bad service in my life. I will pay the $ 50 dollar more to be treated with respect somewhere else. Get better employees or teach them customer service or you won’t have any customers left.

This was the worst service ever!! I noticed my tire going flat on my way to work because it had a nail in it so I decided to stop here for service. Arrived at 7:45am and was told that someone would be here at 8am. First of all, the employees didn't arrive until 8:15. Plus, I was the first car there and it still took them over 40 minutes to only PLUG my tire. They were walking around very, very slowly and looking at the phone at the whole time. Awful,awful service😠😠

Despite the bad reviews, I received a fast oil change, $58 for full synthetic when everywhere else was asking $100 for my vehicle. Employees polite enough. I find it best to go on a week day early in the morning when no one’s in a bad mood yet. I’d go elsewhere for more complicated services though.

I came to the auto center after having issues with my car all day. Thought it was one thing, wasn’t it and so on. Finally was confident that it had to be the battery. Got to the auto center around 4:15pm, talked to the gentleman who was working the register (couldn’t see a name tag). He got my car back, tested the battery and yup… needed a new one! Needless to say, up until that point I was having a rough day with trying to figure out what was wrong, though the gentleman that helped me was SO KIND! Not only that, but it did get busy and he was working the front, talking to customers all by himself. Again, I never saw a name tag but he was a younger black gentleman. As a college student who is away from home it was really nice to have such a helpful, understanding and kind person helping me. The gentleman who helped me deserves something for his great attitude and customer service! If anything is to ever happen to my car again, I’ll be bringing it back to Walmart Auto Center.

If I could give 1/2 star I would and that would be just for Walmart having really good prices on tires. The past two times I have gone in the auto center the staff have lacked any sense of urgency or customer care. I wouldn’t leave a review if it was a minor issue because I can understand being short staffed. Both times different associates were rude and uncaring about people's situation. As I stood at the counter being completely ignored, an elderly lady with three small children with a completely flat tire was asking her options and two separate workers refused to be kind and helpful even when she asked multiple times for a solution to THEIR problem. It’s uncalled for to be callous.

I tried to be cheap and got cheap work. Showed up at 11:30 for a 12pm appointment, i was early and didn't mind if they waited till 12pm to start. My car didn't get taken in till after 3:30pm. At 2 i inquired about the wait and was told they were hours behind. I should have taken my car then. I got a ride and came back later. I paid for all new valves, didnt replace any, actually broke one and caused a flat not even 10miles from the store. I bought my tires online and they told me they weren't the correct size, according to my user manual they are but what do i know. I should have taken my car then too. I had to wheel the tires to the front to Customer Service for a refund and walk to the back to auto to buy new ones. I was never given an answer to what size these tires were. Of course, they were too big and rubbing in my wheel well. Very upset and should have read the reviews. Update: i got the work done at firestone and was more than impressed. I bought the tires back to Walmart and got a full refund on everything. Will not be coming back.

I was told an oil change would take 45 minutes. It took an hour and a half. Literally double the time. People don’t want to work apparently. At least tell the truth when you’re giving a time expectation. I missed an appointment because of poor expectations set. I’d rather pay double the price and get better service. It’s worth it.

Everything was fine until someone dropped the ball on notifying someone that my car was ready. I shopped for a bit and came back and waited with my groceries and noticed that my van had been moved and parked in a different spot. Waited 30 minutes and then inquired at the front register about my vehicle. The girl looked up stuff and said my car was next in line. I then said why have they moved my car only to move it again, and that when I arrived they said they were taking my car right back. She said she didn’t know. She then went in the back. While she was in the back, I went outside and looked and my new tires were on the car. I then came back inside and noticed my keys were on the pickup board. The girl (calling her that because she didn’t have a name tag on, nor a blue Walmart vest/jacket) comes back out and tells me that they still had not gotten to my car yet. Well at that time, I asked, so why does my car have new tires on it and my keys are on the pickup board? Well, the girl said she didn’t like my TONE and that she didn’t work in the back, only in the front and it wasn’t her responsibility. Well, at that point I was livid, and I said, I want my keys, my car and to pay for my tires now. She said I was being rude and disrespectful and that the person I needed to talk to was at lunch. Anyway, after 20 minutes of nonsense I was finally on my way with an elevated blood pressure. Everyone, to include Shaun who picked out the tires for me, and the technician that went out to take my car back were all wonderful. The “girl” without the name tag, needs customer service training. I will NEVER GO BACK!!

I have purchased a set of tires twice from this location and purchased the replacement plan offered in addition. On two occasions, I went in for a flat tire repair. The first time I had to demand they honor the replacement plan because they didn't want to at first. The second time, the technician told me that they couldn't replace it because the tire was bald. He said he couldn't plug either because it was beyond repair. I went over to another shop and the tech told me the tire had plenty of tread still left on it (I agreed), and plugged it for $15. He further told me that he used to work for Walmart Tire Center and they will try to say anything to sell a new tire rather than honoring their replacement plan or plugging it. It must be a company-wide practice because he worked at a different location. Please see the picture. Bald? Shame on you Walmart...No integrity! You have lost a customer.
