Did not want to communicate with me about my car.when I did call was very rude wouldn’t let me talk and cut me off multiple times. They didn’t even work on my car and sent it to someone else that over charged me . Asked for them to order the part and told me no.When I did drop the part they waited a whole week to even put it on and still couldn’t fix the problem.please don’t waist your time they have no respect for people.

My FAVORITE Jamaicans!! Glen and Frank have taken care of my cars for over 7 years!! Glen even rode with me to High Point to drop me off at work, then take my car back to Greensboro to be repaired. And picked me back up from work at 5! The team goes above and beyond in service! In a world full of crooks, and scam artists, and so-called mechanics who rip you off and cheat you out of your money, I can honestly say that I found a good team of SKILLED, HONEST, AFFORDABLE and RELIABLE mechanics to repair my cars. Took my car originally 2 weeks ago in which I was first told I need to replace the position sensor. Got that replaced and then was told it was the ignition coils. Got those replaced along with new spark plugs. Was told to come pick up, everything was fixed. Not even 2 miles down the road from picking it up, check engine light came back on. I asked if it was test driven before I picked up and their response was "No". I should have known with that answer to take my car out that shop then. I decided to give them another chance. Held my car for 3 more days. Each time I called, "he is still working on it". Finally got the call after 3 days of waiting that my car was fixed. Once getting to the shop, I was refused a print out of the work that was actually done on my car. After driving it no more than 20 miles, check engine light is back on. I would highly suggest taking your care elsewhere if you want an actual fix. I cant believe I was treated this way, especially with all the good reviews on the website. I have definitely learned my lesson with taking my car to just anyone. Thanks Reliable Auto.

I’m an out of state student here in Greensboro and I have been BEAT time and time again by mechanics! This shop was very different! Fair price, friendly straightforward people. They took me home and picked me up when the car was ready. I nearly blew the engine, but it’s running like new now. He answered all of my questions, I just couldn’t have asked for better service.
