I would like to thank Atlantic Tire service for acknowledging my previous review. I arrived today and was greeted by Alicia, who was kind and hospitable. They really looked out for me today. This is now my new oil change provider, and I live in Thomasville NC. You have to check them out 😊. Returned to check oil prices and was met with the employee who was rude before, same low energy as as before. I simply asked for the price, which was given but followed with he didn't have any appointments for today. I was not looking for service today, just needed to know price so that I could schedule an appointment. Simply disheartened again

I took my pick-up in to get the front turn-signal lights fixed. Atlantic quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered a new light assembly, which arrived in a couple of days. They replaced the assembly and had my truck ready in less than 2 hours despite them predicting earlier that it may take a few hours. The price was also reasonable based on the part that had to be replaced.Their service was professional, efficient and fully met my expectations. I would definitely use them again and strongly recommend them for any repair work.

I came by here around 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon to get a tire rotation. I bought tires from discount tire but the wait was too long. One location had a 2-2.5 hour wait and another had a 1hr or so wait. I called Battleground Tire first before coming by and was told they could squeeze me in, which was awesome. I was told it would be $25. Battleground Tire is located on the corner of pisgah church and battleground. There is a sign that says Nappa Auto center which definitely confused me. However, it does say Battleground Tire on the building itself. Inside, Anthony assisted me. He definitely had a sense of humor, which was nice. I had to give typically name, address, and car info to check in and get work done. They have complimentary WiFi which I didn’t use. My car was done at 4:55pm, which so much better than the time I would’ve spent at discount tire. I learned that Anthony was the owner. He was extremely friendly and personable. Throughout my interactions from check in and check out, he initiated conversation. He mentioned wanted to get to know his customers, which is very admirable.

I had a complete brake job done on my 2018 Ford transit 350 roughly a year ago with new rotors and calipers in the rear. Well, something happened to the rear axle, seal, caliper and rotor, causing squeaky noises and thumping. I managed to get it to them, without hesitation, Elisha made sure they took care of the problem and installed new parts under warranty! My van is my livelihood, when I don’t have it, I can’t make money. I’m incredibly grateful for them getting it taken care of and getting me back on the road so quickly! Great teamwork! Stood behind their work, which means a lot!!

The thing I appreciate most about Atlantic Tire is the honest answers that they provide to you. They identified a problem with my car (oil leak) provided me what options I had and what the best approach was. Saving me money in the long run and a replacement of an engine. They replaced my brakes which was the original reason I came in along with inspection. They got me in and out timely. I won’t go anywhere else moving forward, thanks to the management (Elisha) treating me and speaking to me with respect and patience not the normal ( oh what can we get over on her ) attitude towards people who don’t understand car repairs

This is a BUSINESS THAT NEEDS 100 STAR REVIEW!! The manager and the staff are absolutely TOP NOTCH! The sweet young lady in my life (like a daughter to me), had a tire with a slow leak...unsure what to do being she was hours away from home. I looked this business up on Google and saw the rave about this place and it was nothing but the truth!! I can say if there is ever a problem with her tire or my son's...this will be the first stop! Best to do your due diligence here, they may say you need work that actually doesn’t need to be done. At least that’s what happened to me. They said I needed a new S belt and brake pads. After getting a second and more thorough opinion, the S belt just had some rust on it but was otherwise in good shape and the pads had a lot of life left. I had gone through emotional downs thinking I’d been screwed over by a past mechanic that replaced my S belt but turns out this place was the screwy one.

Elisha and Joseph were wonderful. Great communication and explanations. Thankful that someone was honest to say "you're in your 7 day window to exchange your vehicle with Carvana" or they could fix it under warranty. They found so much, that that truck is being exchanged and have scheduled to pay Atlantic to go over the exchange truck. I highly recommend these honest people.
