Expensive. Poor communication. Lack of professionalism. General unconcern. Incompetence. They will quote a price and then "tack on" extra charges. They've had my husband's Ford F-150 for weeks now. I would not use these clowns again. Run away.

Sent our truck there 3 times and was never fixed. We got it back the last time and the dash was torn apart, parts laying all inside the cab. A mess. They would never call us back. The truck was never fixed after the third time either. Definitely one star.

My husband and I were giving our Ford Fusion to our grandson. Our grandson was getting his license and we needed work performed on our car in a time schedule. Green Ford was very busy but took the time to get repairs done in time for our grandson to drive the car home. Thank you Kevin for arranging this.

Live an hour away so scheduled to have new backup camera installed cause of recall. Then after waiting 8 hours they tell me guy who programs it wasn't there but they would call and reschedule it. After 2 week wait I called them. Truck down there for another 7 hours.

Called three time to schedule service for tire replacement on my F350 Dually. No one in service was available to take my call or schedule the service. I'll move on for a better customer service.

Horrible. I brought my vehicle in because of a loose steering wheel on a Tuesday. A week and a day later my vehicle is still sitting! They should have informed me if it was going to take that long! I've would've taken it elsewhere. I was going to take my other truck in for servicing, NOT NOW! I'LL GO TO ANOTHER FORD service center.

Referred our son here to buy a car. Our son bought a car and he mentioned the referral bonus. Got the runaround with Keith and his salesperson. We have sent several emails to the sales manager Chris with no response. If you refer someone here, dont expect your referral bonus. To me, a company is only as good as its word

Bought the car I’ve been dreaming of but has been nothing but problems ever since. 2 weeks after having the car my key fob would unlock/lock automatic start it open trunk just let the car crank. After about a week or so they are giving me bs and eventually they just stop talkin to me. Went in for an oil change today and was told it would take less than an hour. 1.5h later still no call and I get back and they still haven’t gotten the car in and wanted me to wait another hour. Also was gonna charge we $140 to look at something and tell me what was wrong! I’ll never go back nor refer anyone!

Let me drive home knowing my new car was leaking oil. When I took it back the next day they admitted it was because they couldn’t get the crush washer for it the day they changed the oil... so thanks for letting me drive my car all the way home leaking oil and not even mention it to me, even though you knew about it. Glad I found it myself! Then my car wouldn’t start the next day. I took the battery to O’reilly’s and they confirmed the battery was dead. Had to buy a new one on a car I’ve owned less than a week now. These people do not know what they’re doing and all they care about is taking your money. They don’t care about your business or your experience or the car they sell you. They just want to save as much as possible and make the most they can. I will never recommend buying a car or going to their service department here. Absolute rubbish.

I've been using Ford service centers for repairs and The Works packages since I've owned my car. Car safety is important to me and I felt Ford locations would be the most trustworthy. After speaking with Alex Wagar about a Quick Lane service that needed more investigating (my brakes were reported being metal on metal after I had recently come in for The Works Package and was told my brakes were fine), I thought there would be some resolution. There was some "missing paperwork" from my most recent visit and Mr. Wagar wanted to do some investigating and return my call in a few days (this was in the beginning of Feb.). Mr. Wagar has not returned my call or emails inquiring about the service report discovery. I also had two recalls done in March - one on the drivers side airbag. My horn has not worked since. I know this means I will not pass inspection. I had a mechanic I trust look at it and was told it was not a fuse issue - likely the clock spring or something in the control box. I said a recall had be done with the airbag, could that have caused an issue? They agreed it was likely the clock spring then, and yes it could have been damaged from the recall repair. Because the Ford Dealership doesn't return my phone calls, I decided to stop by today to ask if there is a possibility the horn was damaged during the replacement. The answer I got was "highly unlikely." Then was quoted an outrageous price to fix it - $400 - based on the possibility of it being the clock spring.

Great service! Scheduled me for service, and the car was towed in at about 8 am. and was ready before lunch.

The service department customer service sucks. These people had my car for two months repairing an accident. It still rumbles and shakes. Took it back, had it another week. I had to keep calling for updates. Finally after 10 days they say it's a tire. I said why is it taking so long for a tire. Oh we put it on 2 days ago. No one called me!!!! Picked it up and it so shakes in the front!!! Have to take it back Monday morning! This is terrible!!!! Get under the under carriage, take off this tired and fix it or say you don't know or it can't be fixed!!!! Something!!!!

My car had a recall. I reached out to Crossroads Ford in Kernersville to have it fixed. This was before Christmas. Still haven’t heard from them to fix my recall. So I decided to call Green Ford. My sis in law had bought a car here, that’s why I decided to give them a call. Wishing a couple days my recall has been fixed and I also had them change my oil. Very friendly people, had me in and out when I dropped my car off. I will definitely remember this Ford dealership when it comes time to buy another car. Very satisfied!!

Brought my Ford Mustang in 5 months ago for trunk release not opening and back up camera…terrible service I had to call next day for update was then charged nearly 500 dollars for service I did not ask for. Advisor said he noticed my back window was off and they aligned it (didn’t ask and was charged) Now March 10th 2022 my trunk release and back up camera stop working again. This is now a recall issue called they scheduled me for March 30th to get part in. Brought car in at 8am on the scheduled date. Car was not looked at till next day! Then was told part has to be ordered. Had to pick car up and bring back on April 5th 2022. Was not offered anything for wasted time and money! I worked at a dealership for 5 years customer service is how you retain and get new business! Would not recommend at all!!!!

I was there 6 hrs to have a recall part replaced as well as a parking sensor. problem. It was going to have a ride home. They never said the parking service issue was un related to the recall. I had a choice to wait or go home. I waited thinking bit was related. After 3 hrs I asked and they said I it was being looked at. I am no so much upset at the mechanic abut the lack of keeping the customer in the loop about the problem. If I knew that. I would have asked to have an Uber take me home. 6hrs later it was not fixed.

Had my engine replaced by them a couple of months ago which took over a month to diagnose and repair from the day I had it towed in. It was a long time to be without a car and the communication was very poor. Fast forward to now and I need to return my vehicle. I just had my oil changed at my usual shop and the mechanic tells me I have a leak from the rear main seal and need to have Ford look at it ASAP. Yet I can't seem to speak to a service rep after several calls to resolve this issue.

I have had a terrible experience with Ford here in Greensboro. I have never seen a company so non chalant about helping a customer. My suv has been in the hands of Ford since June 6, 2023. I took it there because my transmission went out on June 2. I towed it there and it has been sitting there all this time. Now, I got the extended warranty for a reason. I pay 85.00 extra a month. This suppose to protect me from everything. Ford, decides to tell me that they couldn’t do it because of a service missing. I always get my truck serviced. But that’s not the point. I’ve only had this vehicle for now a little over two years. Everyone knows that a transmission shouldn’t be out that quick. What does a oil change have to do with it. It’s not in the warranty anywhere. The service manager Alex said to my parents and I that Big Ford should pay and we will pay and the most you might have to pay is 250. Why he put that amount out there I do not know. So we left alright. Then they called me several weeks later with lies, and stories. I have everything written down but it’s so much. I will say they finally loaned me a subcompact suv that was so small I couldn’t even take anybody in the back seat. I have a 2019 Ford Edge. I appreciate it but I didn’t think I would be riding around for months like this. So now I’m seeking legal representation because they are so full of mess. I am a disabled 3 time war veteran with 100% PTSD and this has taken me over the edge. I did 20yrs and had to deal with a lot and to have to deal with a problem that could be so easily fixed is beyond me. This what makes people quirk out. My anxiety is out of the roof. You would think if it’s about a service then my motor but my transmission. They sold me a lemon and just because they did they should do right by it. Oh, remind you all that when I purchased it the turbo was already out of it and my back light wasn’t working(sensor). They had to repair the turbo. I was trying to trade it then and they wouldn’t even take it because of the turbo. I could go on and on but please don’t go to Ford. I have gotten 4 cars from Ford and never had a problem with any of them. I’m just amazed at the low level of customer Service I have received. It’s not fair and I had to let the world know that they did me wrong. I’m so disappointed in the quality of service that I have received. Don’t go to Ford! They mistreat Veterans!

Their service was an absolute joke. I couldn't believe it, they used to be pretty good! I made an appointment days ahead of time and gave them very specific details about the problem, work and diagnostics that had already been done at another shop, and what the other shops' speculations were about the issue. My car proceeded to sit at Green Ford for 2 business days with essentially no work or diagnostics being done, no updates from them, nothing. They now seem to route all questions about car status to these customer service reps who aren't working on the car and who have no answers for what's going on. I had to call multiple times across 2 days to continually be told "they haven't figured it out yet" (NO specifics, always very vague). Finally after calling again around 4 pm on the 2nd day, they confessed they had only just checked the engine light code and reset the engine light. Despite the fact that I told them DAYS prior what the code was and that the other shop already reset the light several times and it didn't work. It should not take 2 days to begin looking at the car. I bet they didn't even touch my car at all on day 1. Here we are after 2 days of having no transportation, 40 mile round trip to their shop, and nothing to show for it. I guess at least they waived the $200 diagnostic fee. Save yourself the trouble, go somewhere else.
