After the incident, I did not have too much hope in Precision Tune. However, Nate and Jay at the Randleman location were great! Nate took the time to diagnose the issue and solved it correctly within a short amount of time. Jay was personable and the interaction was genuine! The whole process felt like I was interacting with my family. This is the level of Mutual respect, I expect from a business. I had a terrible experience at Precision Auto Tune on Randleman Rd. Despite the fact that I just bought a new car, I asked for a tire rotation. They tried to tell me all my lug nuts were cross-threaded and then quoted me over $650 to “repair” them if they broke it. Something felt off, so I went for a second opinion. The next mechanic removed the lug nuts with zero issues — they came off with EASE. Completely dishonest. I will never go back again.

Came for tire installation and wheel balance and alignment . the balance was off came back. They said they fixed it. Balance was still off. Took it to Casey’s tire up the street. Now it’s Smooth as glass. Probably a decent place to get a oil change, but I wouldn’t come back from tires.

Whole day wasted!!! Came in for a simple oil change and trans-fluid check. Did not walk out until 3.5 hours after my truck hit the lift. Techs found their phones were more important than their jobs and regularly stopped work on my vehicle to hang out and talk. Will NOT be back to this establishment.

I had such a great experience at Precision Tune on Randleman Road! Jay Reid was absolutely amazing—he made sure we were well taken care of from start to finish. His professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out. While we waited, the atmosphere was upbeat and fun. The music playing was so good that I ended up singing karaoke—definitely not something you expect at an auto shop, but it made the wait enjoyable and memorable! Sarah, the front desk clerk, was also a delight. She was welcoming and helpful, and her positive energy added to the great experience. I truly appreciate how the whole team took their time to ensure everything was done right. You can tell they care about their customers. Very poor service. I took my car in to have the water pump replaced, and although that repair was completed, the turbocharger was damaged during the process. As a result, my vehicle lost power and the check engine light came on about an hour after I picked it up. I returned immediately to report the issue, but they refused to inspect the car or take any responsibility for the damage. I was charged $2,100 for the repair and received no support afterward. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this shop. They are fraudsters. Update: the comment here, they were going to contact me and i am not seeing any response from this company.
