The service was fantastic. Sitting in the waiting area i spoke with a man about how this is the only place he trusts to work on his vehicles, told me the people are honest and get the job done properly. This was my first time here, i came in to get new tires and an alignment. Half way through my service i got a very upsetting phone call, which involved a family emergency, the front desk worker wanted to know if i was okay. I informed him of the emergency and they got my car done as fast as they could and properly so i could make it to my family. I appreciate the kindness i was shown and i will be referring everyone here. Amazing service and amazing workers!!!!

Apparently this shop don’t know how to replace a valve stems from a sensor. I was told I have to buy 4 new sensors which will cost $400 for my Camry, what I need was a new rubber valve stems. So I went to Firestone shop instead only cost me $45. Don’t ever come here they will scam you.

Staff is extremely friendly. I came here suspecting my tires were the issue and they immediately checked it out and confirmed that I needed new tires. I didn’t feel like I was fed incorrect information and they even helped me find the most reasonably priced tire option. Would absolutely recommend this place. Was in and out within 2 hours or less.

I thought this place was decent until I had a bad experience last week. I took my truck in for an oil change, but I asked them to test drive it because I heard a noise. I picked my truck up, and 5 minutes down the road my brakes gave out, and I almost had an accident. They couldn't of test drove it because they would of known I needed brake pads. Smh, they don't care about their customers. I wouldn't go there if I was you. They will never get my service again!

I've been going to Baity's discount tire for over 10 years. It is definitely not the same. I went there on 7/11 and got four brand new tires. Spent over 800 bucks. Got in the car just to have to turn around one of the PSI levels was 15 over what the other ones were and I had to go back and have them pull some air out of all 4 tires. My car is riding rough now and it's vibrating pretty bad, I called up there to let them know what was going on and his reply was "Oh yeah, I don't know", He didn't even offer for me to come back up there and them take a look at it, I had to ask. I have noticed that where the lug nuts are are all scratched up on my rim. I am now deciding to take my business elsewhere and I'm going to have to pay more money to get them balanced because I do not trust that they would do this correctly and with care. What an inconvenience!!! Only reason I gave them two Stars is because I have had good interactions with the two gentlemen upfront. It feels like the people in the shop don't care about the quality of their work, nor how they drive other people's vehicles because they've got one guy who drives them like he's racing. Pretty disappointed in this business.

The workers are usually drunk or under the influence of SOMETHING. Mark, in particular, is always on live and damaging people's person property as well as the company's. I wouldn't take my car here if it were free
