Monday, my car "died" about 7:30 pm in the rain in Greensboro. I contacted AAA & had the driver tow my car to this particular shop because it was closest to where my car let me down. The next day around noon, I received a call from a female rep from Champion with an update on my vehicle. Her entire tone was rude & aggressive. She was talking AT me ~ not to me. And she seemed to have a bit of an attitude all while attempting to get me to spend nearly $900 with this company. Due to her less than professional demeanor & her rudeness, I had my car towed to our regular mechanic's shop within an hour of our unpleasant conversation. After expressing my disappointment in my experience with this company, a family member suggested that I call back & speak to a member of management to alert them to the situation. When I called back & spoke with the manager to explain my earlier experience with his team member ~ I immediately learned that the unprofessionalism didn't start or stop with the female employee. He began to raise his voice at me, put words in my mouth (that I never said), and ended our conversation with "I'm glad you took your car somewhere else!" (repeated twice) and then he hung up on me! WOW! This is how you treat people in the community that has sustained you for 22 years??? What happened to common courtesy? What happened to treat people the way you would like to be treated? What happened to Customer Service? I hope & pray that no one else has this type of experience with this business. PS: By taking my vehicle to our mechanic, I was able to utilize my battery warranty and exchange if for a Free one and we saved over $385 in repair/labor costs! #WINNING

Just called this place to get a price on a part I needed. The lady was RUDE and had an ATTITUDE saying they're not a parts store but a service place. OBVIOUSLY I new that and wanted a quote on the service and part to be done. Needless to say whoever answers your phone should learn how to speak to people. Never have to worry about me calling again or referring Anyone to your shop!

Very knowledgeable and honest repair work the service is fantastic you’ll enjoy meeting the family. An update: had my exhaust system replaced on my Nissan Frontier 4x4 1998 200000 + miles on the puppy and they replaced it without telling how hard it is to find parts, it was done in (4 Hours) and just an excellent install at an extremely fair price. Give these folks the opportunity to put a smile on your face, they will fix your vehicle the right way, customer service! Just a little update, these folks do vehicle North Carolina inspections, schedule an appointment and you are done and pay the state and you are all done. You are in and out without being pester to change your wipers, wonder service!

These folks are honest respectful knowledgable. Fast as possible without being sloppy or missing steps. In the auto repair buisness there are all kinds of companies out here most will sell u stuff u do not need tell you u have things that need repaired but really not nessasary. Then when u have a problem other companies will blame the parts ordered then say there was no warranty on said parts its crazy the amount of crookedness going on . I know there are plenty of autos needing repaired so no need to clowning. At Champion you will NOT have that problem. . Example Champion did an inspection for my van said a few problems gave me a 270$ est. I oked wk when they were done the cost was 103$. Even though the est was 270 .they could of charged me 270 id never known the difference id also been ok with it since i preapproved the cost..thats top of the line integraty u do not get that just anywhere 98% of places would of billed the 270$ . Rt ? So just because they give u a possibly hight end est doesnt mean thats the end cost. Though im sure there will be times where they tell me a price and something happens and it becomes more due to some unforseen issue. Im confident they will explain why the cost turned out to be greater that the estimate i bet they tell me before they do the extra work. That also shows their honesty not just oh well sir . They got all the auto work of mine from here on out. Im sure there are other good companies around but for me i found this one umm no i was referred here by a good friend. My place of 25 yrs retired. I went here for the first time to have an alignment done and was told that it couldn’t be done because some parts needed to be replaced (the ball joints and arms supposedly). I was given a quote of $1,137 for them to take care of this ($700 and some odd dollars for the parts alone). I went else where to Mavis Tires on Battleground for a second opinion whom has five stars by the way! After examining my car, they told me that my tire rods were ceased but that they could indeed do the alignment. They told me that Champion just didn’t want to attempt it because of that which is why they told me that those parts needed to be replaced instead. They were trying to get over on me and I don’t appreciate that. Mavis Tires took care of me completely and saved me a lot of money! I highly recommend them!

We have used Champion for a few years now on the maintenance of our family vehicles. Today was a true game changer for me; the service I received was above and beyond expectations. While in the process of purchasing a new vehicle, I test drove the new car to Champion for a pre-purchase inspection. The inspection was completed by Bobby and was VERY thorough. I felt super comfortable with the advice and he simplified the recommendations for me to understand. Their inspection also gave me leverage to have the dealer correct the errors before purchase. I would give Champion Auto Repair and Bobby 10 stars if I could. We live about two hours out of Greensboro and went there to look at a used truck from a dealership. We took the truk to CAR for an inspection. They did a very thourough inspection (put it on the computer, put in on the lift, checked the engine and fluids, drove it) and gave an honest evaluation about the vehicle. A very reasonable price as well. If we lived in Greensboro, I think CAR would be my mechanicl
