Dishonest, untrustworthy, and greedy. This is how I would describe this shop. They told me that my oil pan gasket needed to be replaced. They were correct it was slightly leaking. After they told me that I started to notice a lot of oil under where the car was parked. When I brought my car to my friend, a toyota mechanic, he showed me the main reason it was leaking. It was because they didn't tighten the oil plug nut. We were able to remove it with our fingers. I don't even think I turned it twice. I think this was done on purpose to make me think the oil pan gasket was leaking. They wanted the 675.00 to replace the oil pan gasket. We changed the oil and tighten the nut correctly and I haven't had any more oil leaking. I would recommend finding someone else to do your oil changes, or any other work. Over the last 18 months, they were the only people to service this vehicle. I also purchased 3 sets of tires as well and this is how I was treated. Greedy, dishonest and untrustworthy. To respond to your response. Yes, the last time you worked on my car was in May. My friend and I did the work in August, I am just getting around to giving you this review. I did have to put oil in it a lot, never had to put oil in it before. It's your fault. You did it own it. I also did try to call and talk to the owner. He doesn't want to talk to people and hangs up on them. Here is a picture of where my daughter parked the car. This is after it's been cleaned twice.

Great team of workers. I have been using this place for a very long time. Honest, deliver quality service, prices are affordable, friendly, and very professional at what they do. They explain any issue with you and provide you with alternatives before working on your vehicle. They will even recommend you to another dealer if they do not provide the service you need. Almost all the time very busy but will have time for you or better call to make an appointment. Overall, a great place to take your vehicle to for services!! Recently, they fixed my brakes for me which was under warranty. They put new brakes on and get me back on the road. They're very professional and put their customers needs first and foremost. The team was professional and courteous in so many ways. They diagnosed the issue and offered a few options as to how the repair could be done and the benefits of each option. They also gave me estimates for potential future work should I choose to move forward. In addition, the repair was going to take a while and one of the service managers was kind enough to take me home and then pick me up once my car was ready so I didn't have to stay in the office and wait. I will definitely be recommending this business to my friends and family as they definitely are the best service team in Greensboro.

Was again extremely happy with the service at Greensboro Tire & Auto. I brought my wife's car in for an oil change and to repair the under carriage splash guard that had been pulled down from the recent snow and ice piles. They were extremely friendly and accommodating, taking the car right in and I was out within 45 minutes. The price was well below expectation. Very reasonable. Great place to bring your vehicles.
