Really needed help with a super quick fix (literally taking off 5 bolts) because my skid plate was messed up and I wouldn’t be able to drive home. They said no because my car was a Honda and they don’t work on Hondas

If you own a Mercedes, this is the place to bring it.Everyone here is great to their customers and Kevin can fix anything. Whether your car is new or vintage these people can fix it. By fixing it they do not "part change" like so many other shops, they repair the part if possible and at a fair price.

Working with Autobahn was the first time an auto repair shop has contacted me about my vehicle and has reported that they found nothing major wrong with my vehicle and there was no charge. Had an odd encounter with Kevin who, while very knowledgeable, was unable to solve the issue for which I brought in my vehicle. This wasn't a big deal to me however. The odd piece came when Kevin returned my vehicle with a broken sunroof component that he claimed broke when he opened the sunroof (which I do multiple times a day - second odd part). He further raised his voice numerous times to convey this message (third oddity). Still, something I could possibly understand to occur, though I would expect the shop to stand behind their work and make it right by at least returning the vehicle in the condition it was delivered. When I asked him to make this right, I was told that I would need to buy the new part (that he did not have on hand), but they would install it for free. A compromise I was willing to make. I have called the shop almost a dozen times since this occured in November, to no end. I have given up hope that the shop will follow through on their word or make this right, disappointing to say the least.
