I bought my first car from Casablanca Auto Sales, I was looking for a manual speed and very inexpensive vehicle with my limited budget back in 2012. I was given a recommendation from a family member to check out casablanca and luckily they had exactly what I was looking for. Owner Zahid was friendly and he seemed to help me out instead of trying to upsell another type of vehicles that was little over my budget. Even though they are selling their vehicles with "buy here pay here" method I wanted to pay it all which worked on my favor. The cheap car just became cheaper by paying it up front entirely. He was very informative and he told me that the vehicles are being sold AS IS which is what is expected from used car sales especially if you are buying it for cheaper comparing to other dealerships or sales centers. My vehicle was 5 speed 1997 Honda civic dx it even had brand new paint job with a great silver color. I drove the vehicle until 2014 November and wanted to buy a newer car after my economy has gotten better. During the two years that I owned the car all I spent was to gas and oil in every other 3 months, also I changed the air filter once. I gave the Civic to my brother in law with a very symbolic charge instead of trying to sell it to someone else since he wanted to learn how to drive a manual speed vehicle. Today my brother in law still owns it and visits to casablanca whenever it needs oil change or maintenance for the vehicle. I am truly thankful that a car from casablanca helped me make it through in the days when my economy wasn't allowing me to purchase a newer or more expensive car. I got every dime and cents worth of the vehicle. Today I am luckily driving a better vehicle but God forbids if my economy gets worse I wouldn't hesitate to visit casablanca once again. Thanks to Zahid for understanding my situation back in the days! Keep up good work Casablanca!

If I was able to give no stars I would better yet I would give them the scam artist award. I purchased a car less than 24 hours the timing belt goes. When leaving off the lot it begins to shake motor mounts bad take it to a honest mechanic OVER $5000 in repairs for a 6500 car is ridiculous. I am in the mean time trying to find a good lawyer in which I believe I have found one except we need more complaints & people. & I pray that allah will help me in this case. This establishment needs to be shut down! if anyone else is having problems with them please contact the better business bureau.

I usually dont even worry about reviews and just wont go back. But here is my story. I purchased a car last year from them an 2006 Lexus is250 paid 3000 down car total was 8000. They tried to sell me the car with no mufflers and bald tires it had lights on the dash lit up they said they couldnt get them off I would have to go to the Lexus dealership. I didnt care I was in love until my dad talked some sense into me. They fixed the muffler and tires. I drove the car for about a month and a check vsc valve would pop on out the blue. And it would sputter going certain speeds which I recorded because i couldn't explain it would rev high like it was stuck in gears. But I still paid my note on time never late its 350 and i always paid 400. Well I lost the job I had and couldn't pay that amount and paid an little less. Got the car all the way to 1200 and got sick and put in the hospital and all my bills was behind. It was either the car or the roof over my head at the time. They told me to bring what I could. So my schedule is im at work when they open and they close when i get off. So we have been communicating through the answering machine. I had been calling for two weeks to see if i could pay over the phone. They never returned my call. So about maybe two and a half weeks ago at about 6am i get a knock on my door. I couldn't walk cause i had hurt my foot. So i yell who is it....and they say we here to repo the lexus im like hold on and got my cane and made it to the door. The people was super nice and asked was it anything i needed out the car and that they would carry it for me because if i wait it will cost me. He brought my things in. I cried and got myself together because the car was already giving me problems like not staying running and the screen went out so i couldn't control the thermostat or anything and the Vsc thing was back up which is in the transmission so I was already stressed. So I call and leave a message like i always do and this time they actually call me back the same day. I was shocked because i been calling to see if i could pay over the phone and not one reply. So when i called back he was rude talking to me any kind of way. Said I have to pay $1200 plus $350 to get it back. Im like lord i need a miracle. So my father calls today and ask to make payments. They tell him i had ten days to get it back. Talking about they mailed a letter which was a lie. Talking about if i want the car i would have to pay the 8000 again smh. I said forget that cause a transmission gone cost me anyway. But remember I paid 8000 and got it down to 1200. They bogus for that and i would never send anyone up there. Like i told my dad u reap what u sow!!!!

I thought at first they took more pride in their vehicles whether it was AS-IS or not, but I was wrong I haven't received the best service I was promised and I had problem after 2weeks of having my car. I bragged about them so did my mother and grandfather but I have had nothing but unbroken promises. Although they have no problem in reminding me when a payment is due. Basically I am making payments on a car that is not capable of being driven. My car is parked as we speak will not turn over will not budge but they definitely want their payment. I am so disappointed in this business. Money wasn't the issue just figured I would have got the service I was promised than the run around.

I highly recommend Zaid and Casablanca Auto. Every question was answered and each request met with no hesitation or prevarication. I was given some options with no pressure for up sale. He went the extra mile to take the vehicle to my mechanic to inspect before the sale and even picked me up so I could drive my new vehicle home. Fabulous customer service! If you want someone who is truthful and has an excellent knowledge of cars I recommend Zahid and his crew at Casablanca Auto.

I needed to buy a vehicle immediately because my current vehicle died and I travel for work. I was hoping to make a quick transaction because I had a long trip ahead that day. I knew what I wanted and had the cash to pay in full and these people were still rude, unhelpful and refused service because my ID had expired even though it was on the way and I had paperwork to prove it. I’m glad they gave me a hard time because I found a car lot who understood customer service.

I bought my first car from Casablanca. A '98 Honda which is still alive and well today! I have always had my maintenance completed there as well. Always been efficient and affordable. Now that I've upgraded to a 2012 Honda I am still returning to Casablanca for maintenance and plan to continue that tradition! Thanks for everything!

12 hours after I bought a vehicle from here, the check engine light came on for the catalytic converter, took to a mechanic and it need new wheel bearings, ball joints and had an electrical problem, should've never passed inspection. I called an told them and they said it's not their problem once it leaves the lot and that if they had to unplug the battery to get it to pass then that's not illegal. A week later go to have my oil change and discover the drive shaft has been removed, which voided my contract so 29 days later, finally getting them to let me return the vehicle but he's keeping $1000 of my down payment, because I had the vehicle a month... when my monthly payment is only suppose to be $250. These people are pathetic and a sorry excuse for a human being. An the one behind the counter seriously needs to brush his teeth, all in my face with absolutely disgusting breath....

I’ve been in the market of purchasing a 2nd vehicle for a few months now and just couldn’t decide on where to go. This place was recommended to me by two coworkers and one close friend. One coworker has needed several things repaired since purchasing her car in October, but I figured, it may just be this particular vehicle or thought to be sure to have my mechanic check mine out before purchase. I was still willing to give them a chance. I was on my way to purchase a vehicle before Christmas, cash, when my close friend called to advise how badly she was treated and how rude the staff is (heard this myself) Long story short, she had a car that would be paid off in 3 months... 3 MONTHS, lost her job, found another then admitted to the hospital. Even after attempting to communicate what was going on and when she can be in, there was no response to her calls/voicemails until AFTER repo. When she tried to pay to get the car back, they tell her instead of the amount she had remaining, she had to pay the full price again as it had been put back on the lot for sale. RIDICULOUS!!! First, without notifying her, they put it back up for sale. Secondly, the car has a massive amount of repairs needed now they want someone else to pay for the same car all over again with major issues. I usually don’t let one bad review deter me, however, after hearing how they spoke to her and handled the entire situation, I will definitely not take my business to this place. I believe they did not return calls or try to work out arrangements due to the simple fact that the car was so close to being paid in full and they knew they could just resale it for the same, if not, more than her purchase price. I’ll gladly take my little $6700 somewhere else that treat people with kindness and respect. No matter what there situation is. You never speak to people that way when they thought enough to bless you with their business, especially when they have many other options. TERRIBLE PRACTICE!!!!

Customer service means everything to me. With that being said let me give you a little bit of background. I came to Casablanca Auto Sales in love with a cute black Toyota Camry Solara. They wanted $1,500 down but I can only do $1,000 at the time. They said no they can't do 1000 down because they already cut the down price far enough. That's no biggie, I just get what I can afford at that time. Two weeks later I come in to make an early payment on the vehicle I purchased and the very same Toyota Solara that I ask for for $1,000 down it's now on the lot for $1,000 down. He changed the price two days after I came in. I came in to ask him about that or to tell him how displeased I was at that (well not really, it didn't ruin my day but I had to tell him how dirty that was) and his response? Well it's just business. Just business. To be fair to them I don't have any problems with the car as of yet as the vehicle is still new to me. However if you are anything like me customer service means a lot. I would rather pay more to deal with genuinely nice people than pay less to deal with rude calculated people. I do intend to pay off the vehicle I purchased, but I don't think I will be coming back to purchase from them another vehicle. I'm not going to do business with you if you're rude like that. So as far as I'm concerned I have no more niceties to share with them. After all it's just business.

As I read over these reviews, I am in complete shock! I have delt with Casablanca autos Sales for about 8yrs now! They have taken great care of not only myself but first cars for my kids and helped tremendously with my friends getting into cars that needed one! I have nothing negative to say about them as I have seen first hand how they treat, and work with buyers and some buyers that dont like to pay on time but they keep giving chance! Truth is any used car dealership you might have some issues with the car. Nobody knows who the owner(s) was before and if they took care of it properly. Your not buying a brand new car at $20,000 + so expect some possible issues if any but also know they have a shop on site and will help you fix the car so you have reliable transportation! Not to mention if you dont make your payment and dont stay in contact with them, yes your car will be repo! Its business not a freebie to do whatever! Also let's not forget, when you test drive the car, take it to a mechanic and let them over see it! These reviews are crazy! Get it together and look at yourself, this place is awesome! People are great that work here (especially the owner) but to this day I still will recommend whomever that needs a car and is in a budget, or quick buy, or even looking for a back up car, to go here! He still has my business till this day and I have 3 more kids about to start driving in a couple of years and this is the place I will be at to shop once again!

I would not recommend this place. I’ve put more money into the car I purchased, than the car is worth. I fell in love with an 08 Altima and made the purchase. The day I purchased it, the tire light came on and the check engine light came on RIGHT after leaving Casablanca. I got it checked out and was told the catalytic converter and the tire pressure sensor was bad. I got both fixed. Not long after, I took it to the Nissan dealership where they gave me a list of things that needed attention, such as, the control arms, struts and cv axle among other things, and there was no history of any fluids being changed. If that wasn’t enough they also informed me, that the exhaust pipe had been glued in certain areas to try and fix the leaking. I’m very disappointed with Casablanca. My opinion, they rig what they can to make their cars sale.

Nothing but great things to say about Casa Blanca Auto Sales. I bought my first car all on my own from them while I was in college. They were very helpful and were very transparent and knowledgeable about the cars they had to offer. They were very honest about what I was or wasn’t getting. I still use them to this day for all of my oil change or inspection needs because of the quality of their work and customer service.

Casablanca Auto Sales fixed the dent in my Honda and I was exceptionally pleased with the result. Not only was the work done quickly and efficiently the people whom I encountered were friendly , knowledgable and HONEST. I have been going to Casablanca for over 10 years. I helped my daughter buy her first car there and Zahid ( the owner) not only gave us a great deal but also let us take it to my mechanic to check it out before the sale.I recommend you check them out for sales and service!!!!!

I have purchased roughly 7 vehicles from Casablanca. Donated 3 to disabled vets with NO issues. This is the first time unfortunately do to my check being cut drastically and a home purchased same time as car I was NOT able to make my full payments. Casablanca worked with me during this covid crisis but in the end had to choose between home or car. I informed Zahid I could not make payments or see me making future payments and needed to do a voluntary repossession. Was thankful Casablanca could get car and was glad to return something I couldn't afford at this time. Casablanca did say I could still purchase in future which I was glad there was no hard feelings on either party. Thanks Casablanca for being understanding in this time of crisis. Missy

I found Casablanca online when looking for vehicle repairs and Frank was heaven sent. This guy is top tier when it comes to auto servicing. Not only is he awesome at what he does. He strives for customer satisfaction which is something that’s not easy to find nowadays. If you’re looking for services these guys are who you should go to. Thanks Casablanca!

I needed immediate attention to my car and was referred here. Frank, the manager, was very personable and was able to fit me in although I had no appointment. He told me what the problem could be and it was what he stated. Gave me time and a price and ended up being less time and less money. I appreciate the honesty of them and would definitely recommend them as they will be my go to for service needs.

I completely understand all the negative reviews. Please do not get any car repairs from this dump. They overcharge for what should be a simple fix, break things on the car, and then do not want to fix them. 😒 I will never darken their door step again. And please do not reply with some sarcastic remark like you have on other posts. It is just further evidence of your unprofessionalism.

This business should be shut down! They advertised a vehicle online for $5500 and then charged me $6500 when I looked at the paperwork! $1000 more than the advertised price. Then I noticed on my paperwork they took my deposit of $2100 and added it to the price of the car like I paid no deposit! They came and repossessed my vehicle saying my insurance lapsed when I only switched insurance companies due to the company they recommended charging way too much but the insurance never lapsed the vehicle had insurance on the car! Then they charged me $450 to get the car back! The 1st repo was a financial set back! The business accepted my late payment on the 23rd with a late fee, the following month they charged me the late fee twice and accepted my payment on the 23rd! What doesn’t make any sense is the repo man in person and the one on the phone both said the car was being repossessed over the insurance which was paid on 10/7! I should have known they were shady when I test drove the car and had to stop to pump gas just so I could get the car back to the lot! Then after I pumped the gas I went to crank the car it wouldn’t start! I had to have someone jump the battery! I spent over $1000 in repairs in the 5 months that I had the car!! The check engine light came on two weeks after I got the car! There was a misfire in cylinder 3! A month later it over heated while I was on my way out of town and I had to replace the thermostat and the water pump! Then I had to replace the O2 sensors! When I replaced 2 tires I was told the shock absorbers needed to be replaced. After all this they tell me that I have to pay $4500 to get the car back! They can keep the car because the next repair I was about to pay for was due to the exhaust and catalytic converter dragging underneath! That problem started the day I got the car! I even asked them to look and see what was making a scrapping noise and the guy said “oh I don’t see anything!!” The repo man even said that every car that he has picked up for Casablancas are pieces of crap and that all the cars they sale have been involved in floods. The repo mans said that Casablanca buys the cars dirt cheap because the are damaged and they resale the cars for quadruple the price they paid! When I got a flat tire I noticed my spare in the trunk was rusted and there was standing water in the trunk!!!! *****I was never happy with Casablanca! The only reason I went to them was because my former employer knew the owners!! I thought they would be decent because of the relationship with the people who took me there! But boy was I wrong! My car insurance never lapsed I switched company’s because the insurance company that Casablanca recommended was charging me close to $200 per month! I was able to get insurance through my employer way cheaper so I switched companies! Casablanca repossessed my car for no reason and then charged me $450 to get it back! If it wasn’t for that I would have never been behind on anything! I had just started a new job and had been out of work for about a month so that $450 charge that they ripped me out of was my next car payment!! All together I have paid $6300.00 that car! And Casablanca wants $4500.00 more! For a 2006 Mazda 3 that has a Blue Book resell value of $ 2,750.00!!! $2100-down $1000-repairs $2000-car payments $ 450-repo fees $ 650-car insurance $ 250- vehicle taxes I thought you don't discuss repossessions publicly? At least that is what you commented on several of your reviews...Scroll down! You guys are trash and I am not the only person who believes that! Many of your customers and your very own repo man feels the same way I do! You have horrible reviews...I wish I would have paid attention and read these reviews before putting my money in your hands.

Went in for an inspection. The mechanic got in my car for a few seconds, did not lift the vehicle or perform a proper inspection, and immediately claimed an automatic fail due to a control arm issue without showing any evidence. Took the car to a legitimate inspection shop the same day where they followed proper procedure where they lifted my car, checked the suspension and the car passed with no issues. Very unprofessional as the guy immediately tried to goad me into setting up an appointment it felt like an attempt to get an easy money grab for unnecessary repairs. Would not recommend.
