Do not use them for your car to be repaired. They overlooked a brake issue with my sons car that occurred during a accident. They do not want to repair nor do they want to be truthful about the issue. Gerber let me son leave the auto body shop with the brakes not being repaired and to fail him on the highway. This could have ended tragic. I will be submitting a complaint to the BBB. Just be careful if the insurance recommends this shop. They get a discount and work with the insurance company. The person involved in the accident they do not care about.

Took my car in for 4 days. Someone there went into my sons console and stole all the change he had in it. If they are hiring people who will steel, how can I trust them with doing anything they say. I had my insurance remove them from being a preferred body shop.

Susan and Charlie went above and beyond with not only their customer service but also their empathy for me as a human being. I came in with a broken mirror that occurred when i was trying to avoid a head on collision. They went the extra mile to ensure that I was not going to spend an arm and a leg on getting it fixed. I will always be grateful for them and all they did to make sure my car was fixed. :)

If I could give 50 stars I would.Everyone was so nice especially Candy & Kevin.The car was finished as promised.I had a bumper replaced.It is beautiful.It was washed,vacuumed & cleaned up inside.Good people,quality work.Upon initial contact/estimate there was no pressure from Charlie.He said look around as we just want to make you happy.The shop was clean and well kept.Just a big WIN all the way around

Had work done which looks fine. But I picked my car up to find somebody had stolen over $50 of change from my center console, emptied pill bottles, gone through and removed my venter console into the passenger seat and also removed all the items in my back seat storage across the back seat. Clearly looking for more items of value to steal. The manager claimed he didn’t think his people did it and that they left cars unlocked in their lot. But my car auto locks so without the keys in hand they wouldn’t have been anyone else inside of it. They said they will reimburse me through gas receipts however I’ll provide updates if they make it right. But this is a warning to anyone to COMPLETELY empty your car before trusting Gerber Collision with it.

Both Susan and Paul are extremely sweet and accommodating, and went above and beyond to help me collect the remaining things I needed for my vehicle. I was involved in an accident in August. Allstate sent me to Gerber Collision & Glass off of Sunshine Way in Greensboro, NC. The ladies upfront confirmed my appointment the day before I was scheduled. They kept me informed as the process progressed, but unfortunately, my car was considered totaled and I had to go collect my personal belongings and the tag to turn into DMV. The ladies up front were super friendly and personal and gave me a screwdriver and told me to come back if I had any problems. It started raining as I collected my things, before work, that morning. I got everything out of the car but I was unable to get the tag off. I went back up front and told the ladies. They told Charlie. Charlie told them to tell me to come back when it wasn't raining. Seriously, the man said that. I went early before work and explained that I work in Downtown Greensboro and Gerber is out of my way. He still refused but Susan put on his raincoat, took the screwdriver, went out in the bay, asked another guy to do it. He also refused ... NOTE: I could have pulled that car into the dry bay. It was drivable .... so, Susan, God bless that Angel, went out in the pouring rain and got my tag off for me, with me on her heels for support. Charlie told the girls to call me and ask me not to leave a bad review. His boss had him call me to apologize, but it was so lame. "I am sorry is I offended you in any way, shape or form, Ms." PLEASE!! Told me to come back when it's not raining!!! Would he have told my grandmother that? How about my daughter? Or, the Partner of the law firm I work for? It was terrible customer service and a terrible way to treat a human collecting their belongings from a totaled car, period. Charlie did not care about anything but my threat to leave a bad review. Don't take your car there if you have options. The man really shouldn't be representing that company, at all. I begged him to get up off of his butt and go get my plate off instead of the woman up front. He snickered at me. Thought it was funny. Don't go there if it's raining, for sure!

I had a motor vehicle accident and my insurance sent me to Gerber to have it fixed. I took the car to Gerber and they assessed my vehicle and at first it was supposed to take 4 weeks to fix my car but they had it done it 2. My car does not drive good at all Something is really wrong with the back end and the lines in my car do not line up one side has a bigger gap than the other. I feel like they just replaced the bumper and that's it. I looked to see on the invoice what they did. Now the back right rear was hit.it said nothing about an alignment. The point is I do not feel safe driving my car. This place was supposed to fix it and charged over 2800 dollars to do nothing but replace a bumper
