Ben is absolutely reliable,honest, and trustworthy man. He came to my house (09/19/2025)at the time that he said he would. He was commutative with me through the whole process. I thought I had a bigger issue that he quickly found was something much less expensive,and easier to fix. I really appreciate his honesty and knowledge because he could've easily let me kept believing it was something much worse. Dude is a freakin life saver literally showed up at the exact time like a min before he said he would like clockwork, didn’t even really take him much time to fix my cv axle which was in bad shape preventing me from driving and getting to work so his services were much needed and at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend if you are in a jam he also came back after doing the service to jumpstart my car cuz it’s been sitting for a while. Call him and get your work done by him

My car’s Axle completely broke yesterday and within 24hrs Benjamin came to my college campus to give me a diagnostic, got a new part, and fixed my vehicle. RUN ! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DUDE, WORST EXPERIENCE ! This review is coming from a customer that paid him in full and was asked to leave a good review because “they help a lot”, so this is the review you asked for sir. If you are in need of a valve cover gasket and vacuum pump replacement and want to buy another engine because of his lack of experience or care for others Call Benjamin for your repairs. Came out to diagnose my Chevy Malibu Lt and told me I needed a new vacuum pump which Was obviously leaking. Told me that we should just replace the valve cover gasket also since it could be time for that also . I paid for parts . Proceeded to fix the vaccum pump and attempt to fix the valve cover gasket .. told me that I should be good and that he felt confident. And that he don’t have receipts he just advise his customers to leave what they are paying him for in cash app . 30 mins later broke down with the same exact problem . He come out put tape on a metal pipe that he claim could be a ( temp or permanent) fix . Left again told me I should be good keep driving it . Which led me to be stranded beside the road late at night . $435 job and still have the same issues and no reply from Benjamin Couple days later here I am having to pay the same amount for a diagnostic and come to find out this so called mechanic didn’t even remove the other valve cover gasket completely before trying to apply the new one . Sniffs 1000x and works extra speedy like he has something to buy with the money you are paying him. I’m not a mechanic but I know tape on metal pipes to temporary fix something after you are paid in full is unacceptable . Leaving remainder of old parts and trying to apply new part on top of it is also unacceptable. AVOID HIM ,HE WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY . 0 STARS
