I recently had the pleasure of working with Phil at the AAMCO Transmissions of Rancho Cucamonga and I couldn't be more satisfied. I've been coming to Rancho for over a decade... They have always worked with me. They even helped resolve a warranty issue when my car broke down 100 miles away, through another branch... They are always friendly and, although tha Asst. Mgr. and I got off to a rocky start, he's done great work and always gives me good breaks on much of my major repairs and maintenance... I, absolutely recommend this branch to anyone reading this...

I have been a customer for several years. Stacie and Phillip are awesome. I appreciate that Stacie runs an auto repair business with honest and reliable staff. They just repaired the steering gear on my vehicle, and charged me $1,400 less than the Ford dealership was going to charge. I truly recommend this Aamco to everyone. You won't regret it. Phillip at AAMCO was awesome. I told him I didn't want to be taking advantage of just because I was a female. After getting a reading of what was wrong with my vehicle, he took the time to explain in detail my options. He was honest and a man of his word. He quoted me a price and I actually end up paying less because he had some coupons. I recommend his company to anyone looking for excellent service for their vehicle. Came to do an oil change today and Frank was an amazing person he explained everything about the difference between the oil and which is better to use. Great experience with Stacey & Phillip. Brought in Honda Civic 2016, they had me in and out in no time. While running and test driving with supposedly transmission problems. Come to find out my car just needed a tune up service. I definitely recommend coming in for great service, fast work, and good prices! Horrible experience. Dropped my jeep of on a Monday morning , and let them know that it was not turning over , and was told to expect a call back regarding the issues . I did not receive a call , I had to reach out on my own a day later , only to be told the same things I told them when I dropped the vehicle off , that the vehicle would not turn over . On top of them not having any answers , they wanted to start working on my vehicle to find the problem , starting at 360$! That is insane , never have I heard of a mechanic needing to charge 360$ to diagnose a vehicle’s problem .

A previous mechanic at a big company quoted me $900 to do all my breaks because they needed to be changed ASAP. I told them I could afford it and they wanted me to signup for a credit card and guilt tripped me terribly for not being concerned for my own safety. Fast forward, I brought it here to AAMCO and they were straightforward and told me that my brakes looked fine and didn’t need to be done for quite awhile. In a time where everything is hard in the economy and morale can be low, these men were honest and fair. I appreciate that so much!

Took my car in to get checked out because I am having issues with accelerating from a stop (only when I quick stop). Julie answered my Initial call and also assisted me with check-in, she was very kind and courteous. Frank (Mechanic) was also very professional and helpful with answering all my questions. Unfortunately my car didn’t act up when they tested it, but he believed that my issues were not transmission related. Hopefully I can get any answer somewhere, but I’m grateful that it’s not the transmission. Best part is the diagnostic test was free! The Infiniti dealership wanted to charge me $400!. I may not need them now, but if/when any of my vehicles transmissions have problems, I definitely be taking it to Frank. I will be recommend them to all my friends and family. First off let me begin by saying I would highly recommend this place 10/10 to get your car serviced and fixed. I got my transmission replaced last year and have not had any issues. Once you walk in, you are greeted by a representative and it is also very clean inside. I would like to thank Mr. Frank for his incredible customer service. It was amazing, he broke everything down in a way where I understood what was happening with my vehicle in addition he was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. A couple of days ago I went to get more service done on my vehicle and they treat you like family. This establishment does not try to just take your money, they want to make sure the job is done correctly the first time. If you or anyone are having issues with your vehicle, I recommend AAMCO 100% you will not be disappointed with anything.

The Audi of Ontario dealership told us we needed our breaks changed. Audi quoted us $1,500. We brought it to Ammco for a second opinion, they notified us that they did not need to be replaced. We recommend that if you have any issues with your vehicle, you should take it to this Ammco specifically. They are responsibly priced, fast service, very friendly & most importantly, HONEST!!!
