Originally went to Jason's father who worked for a mechanic I had in 1968. Continued with his dad when he started his own shop and saw Jason grow into the business and specialize in automotive repair in college. When Jason got his shop I continued with him. By far the best auto mechanic (sorry, I still use the old terms) anywhere. Conciencious, efficient and trustworthy. Refuses to sell you on something you don't need. I send everyone I know to him and continue to go myself. Everyone I send is extremely pleased.

Great service! I went here once a couple years ago in hopes of getting some quality service at a price that seemed reasonable and man. Was I right. Jr is an amazing person and tells you how it is. I went in for an oil change and got a call later telling me my breaks will need to be changed soon. He didn't try and upsell me or anything. He kept it real. "Yeah boss you can get away with riding like this for another month or so but just be aware of the situation" and ever since then I've respected him so much. I only take my cars here now. I can't highly recommend this place enough.

Always helpful with advice about what is the most economical way to go with repairs as they come up. We are so lucky to have him as a mechanic and a friend. Ok so I had my car at a different shop and they kept giving me the ring around I was then told to go to Jr's by my friend so I did he got it diagnosed ordered the parts and I had my car back and running after three days of meeting him so this is now my mechanic I will go too. I am a dealer girl. For decades, I have only received service from my dealers. Dealers are overpriced, I know. Well, this time, I believe my dealer missed something or did something wrong that caused my 4 year old Honda to leak coolant into my heads. Their estimate was between $4500-11k. Ohhhh, NO! I went to Jason for a second opinion. He agreed that the head gasket needed replacing. He was not nearly as expensive. I enjoyed the honest interaction and education Jason offered. I took my Nissan to him to get the dealer recommended work, and I am super pleased. I have a new mechanic. Thanks, Jason. See you for my next service

I recently had the pleasure of visiting JR Automotive, where Jason changed out my light bulbs, including some special LED ones I provided. Let me tell you, Jason elevates customer service and auto repair to an entirely new level! He replaced six light bulbs at a more competitive rate than I found at five other places. What impressed me most was his ability to accommodate my special bulbs—no other shop was willing to install them. Jason got me in within a day, while other places asked me to drop off my car and wait a day or two for a callback. Now, let’s talk about Jason’s customer service. He treated me like a real person, with no pressure to buy anything, no disparaging comments about other garages, just straightforward, honest conversation. I was so impressed with him that I drove an hour and twenty minutes out of my way to have him work on my car. That speaks volumes!
