I needed my lower front grill replaced and possibly some front bumper work done. I submitted for a bid on-line for what I thought was another business. Unbeknownst to me I somehow was linked up to yelp at which time I received numerous bids for my repair. Some were higher in price and some were lower. Emir from Ruben's Auto Collision Center was the only one who seemed to hear my concerns regarding cost vs amount of work that should be done. He gave me options to choose from rather then telling me what I needed. When I called him to tell him I was going to have him do the work, I had no way of getting a deposit in quickly to get the parts ordered so he ordered them anyways on my word. I had to wait for the repair since I didn't have a ride and he placed me as a high priority and got me out quickly. Everything he said was exactly what I expected. Truly "Old School" type service. Thank you Ruben's Auto.. I'll be recommending you guys..

Great service. Emir was a great help and went beyond your average service to help us get our Jeep repaired after a drunk driver crashed into it. Honestly, I have not seen this kind of service in yrs., this shop is Honest, fair, and Emar is a man of integrity! They did a great job in the restoration of the truck. My husband had terminal cancer and these guys treated me like family, after body work was done, they not only cleaned our truck, but brought it home to me! You won't be sorry to use Rubens. My daughter was a new driver so I bought her an older car with low miles for its age. She drove carefully and was accident free for over a year when a careless driver “side-swiped” her when pulling out from a neighborhood. I only had liability insurance so I had to pay for the repair out of pocket. went to several collision shops for estimates Ruben and his team immediately just said to bring her car in and their estimate was over 30% cheaper than the other shops that I visited. Ruben and his team ordered the parts and repaired my daughter’s car within 3 days. After seeing the completed work, I could not believe the quality of the repair and paint finishing. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND Ruben’s Auto Collision for his integrity, professionalism and quality. There are many choices within the Rancho Cucamonga & Ontario area for auto repair, but Ruben and his team truly standout above all the rest!!! I trust him with all of me and my familiy’s vehicles. UPDATE 11/25/25: I just wanted to give an update to my use of Ruben’s for Auto Body repair work… My son’s daily driver (2007 Honda Fit) revealed a pretty significant leak during the rain storms we were having in SoCal. Emir and Rubin were able to diagnose the source of the leak and even worked on preventing known leak problems in this older car. They never hesitated with solving our auto problems and they gave us great pricing as loyal return customers. Had my car rare ended, other party’s insurance is not actively working with me at all, adjuster don’t pickup/return my call, barely reply my email. I got so frustrated. I’ve contacted with multiple collision centers but just one call with Emir I made my decision, he is extremely helpful, professional and patient, willing to offer more that he should to help. When I pickup my car at their shop I was shocked, they got it all fixed and they even help me cleaned it. Definitely recommend! All the body shops can fix a car but not all are willing to offer premium service.
