My experience at the Valvoline location in Rancho Cucamonga (8122 Masi Dr, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730) was extremely disappointing and left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The technician, Marcus, was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the start. Despite the fact that I only requested a basic oil change, he began taking my car apart to check the air filter and other components without my consent. What made this even more frustrating is that they didn’t even remove the drain plug or oil filter during the service. The entire interaction reflected a serious lack of customer service skills and respect for customers’ wishes. This experience was frustrating enough that I would not recommend this location to anyone. I’ve already shared my experience on my social media platform with over 150,000 followers so others can make an informed decision before visiting this location.

I'm a regular customer and I came this morning for an oil change. I brought in my own oil and they increased their prices from what I normally paid by 20 dollars. They advertised a donation that would give you 10 percent off. I asked the worker to ask the manager, "B" , and before he can finish talking she rudely said NO! A worker working on the car next to mine asked the manager B to check something, she rudely said "check it yourself!" The manager was not helpful at all. I won't be bringing my cars here anymore.

I used to like this place I've taken my truck(s) here a lot I took my 2003 Tundra for about 8 years and then I took my 2015 Chevy Silverado for probably 10 years. It's funny how they try to wiggle their way around stuff. One time my oil filter wasn't tightened and leaked about 2 quarts of oil on a rebuilt motor. Good thing nothing happened and they wouldn't take responsibility anyway if something did. And then my oil filter was over tightened and the next time I went in it could barely come off probably took 10 minutes. And then I did my own oil change and couldn't get the filter off so I took it in. They did help me with a little convincing. And then they said my drain plug was leaking which I just put a new one in and it wasn't leaking .What was leaking is the oil filter that they screwed up something on. Make sure you watch these guys they're just hired people don't really know what they're doing. They are just kids that probably get a 8-hour crash course on oil changes. But if they do something wrong they're probably going to not take responsibility. They notice everything that's wrong with your vehicle but they don't note what they made mistakes on. Make sure you watch them and document everything. So due to their neglect I had to get rid of my Chevy with the rebuilt motor. And then all the screws on my air filter were stripped from their impact drill. My 2003 Tundra had the skid plate stripped out from their impact drill. And I bought a new used Tundra and I will never ever let them touch this vehicle. Bye vavoline instant regret oil change. Unbelievable

waited about 30 min in my car only 2 cars infront of me.. then when almost in the bay they tell me the person in the bay infront of me is getting full service done and will take 45 min to an hour.. my question is why not wait until a bay is open then place a car there? so it's not first come first served? You have 3 bays open wait to see who is done then bring the next car there.. idk they need a better system.. also you can't get out.. you must reverse out.. so make sure you have an hour plus of free time before you pull in or you might not be able to reverse out if there's a line behind you.

This was the best experience ever. Joe and Aaron walk me through the process of what they were doing while they were under my hood. Any questions I had they answered. They topped off fluids and were extremely knowledgeable of the process for oil change, air filter change and windshield wiper changes. They also found me the best discounts from their website!
