I want to file a formal complaint. I searched for Walmart oil change and I was directed to Auto Care Center at 12549 Foothill Blvdp Rancho Cucamonga, Ca 91739. The hours are 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. I was waiting for assistance since 4:30 pm which is 2 1/2 hrs before closing. A mechanic after a while came to say all the mechanics were sent home early and there was noone available to do an oil change. My 1st complaint is false advertisement, My 2nd complaint is the center failed to assist me even though they knew I was waiting since 4:30 and they already wrote up the ticket and then apparently canceled it - that is Not Good Customer Service.

In their defense, I went in on a Friday afternoon. There were a few cars ahead of me, but nothing major - no time estimate was given, but about an hour later my car was still sitting where I’d left it, with new cars pulling in and getting serviced before my own. They’re definitely not the fastest, and some of the employees are a bit unpleasant.

Prices are good, service is asinine. Employee walks by while I'm sitting down and notices me, says my car is ready. Then I gotta wait in line just to pay again to pay my bill. Waiting in line here is like anywhere else but extra long. There was a customer in front of me who had several visits in the past but they couldn't find his account so they had to call another store to figure it out. The point is, their operations in the automotive department is very inefficient. The rest of the store is fairly streamlined, such as self check out kiosks

The worst Walmart auto center I’ve been to. The service manager Christian is extremely dismissive, disrespectful and rude. I’ve dealt with him on multiple occasions and each time it was the same outcome. He’ll tell you/the associate that he’ll be there soon and hello never come. This happened on three separate occasions. The other day - I waited for over 30 and he never came. Meanwhile, he walked by multiple times and even took time to get on his phone. They need to demote or fire this guy because he’s extremely unprofessional.

Without a doubt the worst auto care center in the IE, I wanted a patch for my tire because it was leaking air and I have a warranty so I decided to go here, these guys had 1 car and the associate at the desk said it was going to be maybe an hour wait and then he comes back because he has to ask the tire technician and says never mind, the tire guy said it would take maybe longer and we close at 7pm, it was 5pm. Im walking outside and these guys are just smoking and not even working on any cars in the repair shop.

I was served by the most professional Walmart employee! I went to get an oil change at the Walmart Auto Center. I was kindly greeted by Victor who gave me the utmost customer service I'd experienced in all my visits to any Walmart Store! He was very kind and extremely helpful, he professionally showed me my options and answered all my questions. I'm very happy that Walmart hires great staff members like Victor from the Walmart Auto Center in Rancho Cucamonga!

Absolutely terrible business. Atrouciosly bad employees. Why can't they fix this issue with the auto center. Walmart sucks big balls and even though it's a cheap price for tires and oil change, the amount of time you will waste coming here is not worth the $100 savings. Just horrible. These people don't care, walmart doesn't care and If you value any bit of your time, you will avoid this place all together for any of you auto needs

It's definitely better than paying 130 for a jiffy lube oil change. The only difference is the wait times. JL takes max 30 minutes while Walmart takes about 2-3 hrs. Mine took 2 1/5 at this location. But it was only 60+$

When the automotive center is supposed to open at 7:00 a.m. and it's almost 7:25 before they actually open. 😬😬😬 . My standards are pretty low but I've been around probably 10-15 Walmart auto centers around the country and this was probably the worst experience overall.

I tried doing a walk-in tire installation, get quoted a 45 minute to an hour wait, ok cool whatever. 40mins later the young girl that takes the keys comes back and tells me "we forgot we had some appointments, youre actually looking at a 2 hour wait". I had already waited almost an hour but thats understandable, I think to myself I'll just cancel today and make an appointment, i set up an appointment 2 days later at 10am. I show up, on time, and proceed to speak with the same employee from my first visit, "ok its gonna be about a 30 to 45 minute, theres no cars waiting for tires so yours is going to be the first one". I decide to spend my next 30 to 45 minutes walking down the street to in n out for breakfast, I come back around 11am and my car is where i parked it, i check the tires and nothing has been done yet. I think to myself "what happened to my car being the first one?" I checked the tires section of the shop and theres 2 cars queued up to get worked on. At this point I'm over it so I try to get a hold of any employees to get my keys back, no luck. I give up on getting my keys back, good ol' sunk-cost fallacy has kicked in and i decide to wait it out, finally at 11:17 my car goes on the lift, the next 15 minutes are some dude just pulling up to get air in his tires and my car still, just sitting there. Finally the car gets worked on almost an hour and a half later, and at 11:53 it is done The first picture is for reference of when my car was "checked in" to when it began to be "serviced". The second picture is just a detail i thought was funny, i paid for the "lifetime rotation" for the previous set of tires but i was charged again for rotating them, mind you both set of tires had that service paid for. Good game walmart, good game!

I was helped by JB and the manager Aric and I can't tell you how amazing the service was. They were quick and friendly and went above and beyond to help me. I went in there very stressed and came out with a huge smile on my face!!!

Great place, every staff is very nice. They insisted on working in the rain themselves, and parked the car near the rest center after maintenance, so that guests can walk the shortest distance in the rain to pick up the car. Thank you very much! Will come again!

We had an appointment, went shopping for an hour, no text that the car was ready. It’s only 4 tires. There was an entire family taking up the only two benches and two chairs that are available in the tiny waiting area, so we went outside at 6pm and sat on the floor against the wall. Only then did they finally bring our car in. The tech lifted it, brought out the tires, took one off and then had to go help some random truck that pulled in and waited outside the bays. He had them back in and started working on this walk up! What about our car that’s now just sitting?? The one guy with the long hair and the cashier was nice enough but everyone else was rude as hell. My husband asked what the hold up was and they proceeded to tell us that they’re trying to help everyone else that also had 5pm appointments. What’s the fricken point of the appointment then??? This is what we get for using Walmart I guess. Be warned.

God awful service. They never answer the phone. I had an appointment for 4 and an hour later they haven’t even started. I’ve also watched them take 30-45 minutes to do a simple oil change. Get it together man. UPDATE: WAITED AN HOUR AND A HALF FOR THEM TO TELL ME THEY WONT INSTALL THEM

I took my car for an oil change at this location since I was in the area and got the synthetic one. They are supposed to check your tire pressure and they put 33 to all four tires. I have a sensor for my tires and is showing a lot less than 33 wich means that they just put those numbers without checking the air pressure. That's not professional and is very disappointing . I usually take my car to the Walmart autocare center in Santa Clarita and had never had an issue. But at this location employees are not doing their job. At least with my car. I won't trust them anymore this location .

Went for synthetic oil change and was told an hour and a half wait because there was 4 cars ahead of me. No biggie. Told him that's fine just please remember to reset the maintenance light and give me a new sticker so I know when my next oil change is. (Didnt do either, which I shouldn't even have to ask) anyways my tire light was on but I didnt say anything, I wanted to see if they would do anything. Not only did they not do anything but they lied and said all my tires were at 35. After they gave me the keys back (In 30 mins, 1 hour earlier than they said it would take) my tire light was ON. I went inside and complained. The technician checked all 4 tires in front of me and 3 of them were at 40! One was at 30. Remember they said all 4 were at 35. I should add, on the drivers door it said all tires are supposed to be at 33. All 5 of those lazy "technicians" were just standing there smoking looking around. They look like they hate their job and dont know what they are doing. (They actually dont, not just look it) also they said they couldn't vacuum because I refused/or there was stuff on the ground. I took this pic while the technician worked on my tires.... there's nothing on the floor. Everyone here is a lazy liar. I will never ever return here. Bummer since I used to go here for the last 8yrs.

Walmart has a great price and timely service. I had a small employee problem. I reported it and the issue was addressed and handled. I have been there before and will return again.

They never answer the phone so I have to drive up here in person just to speak with somebody and check on my orders. Last time buying tires from Walmart , price is good but not worth it when your order gets delayed so they cancel your appointment then it’s impossible to schedule a new one because again they NEVER ANSWER THE phone. Tried all the departments and the store operator. Only tech department answers and it’s third party so they can’t do anything or transfer you. Save yourself the headache if u buy here just take it somewhere else to install or avoid this auto center all together really. You see the rating is mad low for a reason.

This place is a jokeeee! They refuse to pay for the damages of the oil drain plug that got stripped because they did an oil change. & yes I know my first mistake was even going to a Walmart to get an oil change. I was told by a “tech” that they would fix it then they switch up telling me they can’t do anything. The damages are going to cost me 1k to 2k. Because come to find out the mechanic I went to needs to replace the oil pan, and then due to the labor and other parts it’s going to cost me that much. Money I don’t have. I’ve never been more stressed out in my life!
