I spent $2000 on brakes and two tires. Within one week I had to bring my car back in to get the brakes fixed again. Then, they tried to blame it on me saying I used my brakes “too much”!! If they were brand new brakes how could I have used them too much in just one week!? Then, one of the tires they gave me kept losing air. When I brought that back they said they checked it for leaks and didn’t find any. It wasn’t until a couple days later I realized they didn’t put my hubcap back on. Oh and that tire is still losing air. So $2000 and my issues are not fixed. I don’t want to bring it back there to get fixed because they might break something else! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Also, they were super rude and I dealt with at least six different people throughout the entire process.

Went in for new tires, got recommended an air filter change cause “it was dirty” and wiper change due to “cracks and wear” but i had replaced both a couple days prior, and after the call they sent a photo and it was clean and fine.

I brought my car here because it was the closest place to go and my car was making noise on the driver side and I found out my axle was broken and needed to be replaced and my front breaks i already new my breaks needed to be done thats also why I brought my car in. But I am truly happy they found where the noise was coming from and fixed it even though they are short handed and have hard working employees i will always bring my car here because they are truly honest and respectful. I dont care what people say I will always bring my car here I always get good service never had an issue

Technician immediately accused me of potentially needing all 4 tires and transmission issues fixed because I drove my car less than a mile, got the tire notification and pulled into their shop immediately (driving less than 35mph). When the mechanic pulled my car to the shop, he got in, pulled forward and jolted into the bush and curb, then pulled his car in reverse and while he was adjusting his seat was jolting back at high rated, even taking the turn into the shop at fast pace. All after the writer stated driving with a flat could wreck my transmission, it felt as if they were intentionally trying to cause harm. I let the technician know I wanted the tire repaired.. he kept saying “no you’ll definitely need a new tire” without the mechanics inspection. I let them do the inspection while I took photos and sent them to all the mechanics I know, all of which stated the tire could be easily repaired with a patch. After inspection the writer again said they would not fix it because it’s in the sidewall, when it was not. He was only willing to sell me an off brand tire and it felt very high pressure, scammy and like a scare tactic- stating “your in luck, I was able to locate the tire and it’s the last one.” I refused, asked for them to fill the tire with air and drove it to a different shop where they happily repaired the tire, no issues. The technician there is very belittling, did not want to accept any other opinions, even though my father is a master technician for over 35 yrs. He even stated- “no they are wrong you cannot fix that tire you have to replace it.” I didn’t have high expectations but as the tire warning came on, this location was 0.1 mile and so I had hopes to get the repair and only expected it to take forever because I didn’t have an appointment… but instead they just wanted to rip me off. So glad I left and went to a non corporate tire shop.

DO NOT take your car to the Upland or Rancho Cucamonga locations. I used to go to the Montclair shop and never had any issues, but that location closed. So I went to the Upland location for an alignment. I came in with two bad front tires, and they told me they couldn’t do the alignment because of the tire condition — which was fair. They didn’t have my tires in stock, so I went down the street, bought two brand-new front tires, and came back for the alignment. By mid-January, those brand-new tires were completely worn down. The alignment clearly wasn’t done correctly — it even left my rack-and-pinion boot twisted. When I explained this to the manager, he said, “I don’t know, you could have hit a pothole.” Seriously? A pothole evenly destroys both new tires and twists a rack boot? Then he suggested I might have gotten the alignment with bad tires and was now blaming them — even though their own policy is not to do alignments with bad tires, which is exactly why they turned me away the first time. After going back and forth, he told me I wasn’t welcome at the Upland location anymore and that I’d have to go to Rancho Cucamonga. Fine — honestly, I didn’t really want them touching my car again anyway. At Rancho, they replaced the two front tires and did another alignment. That would’ve been great, except instead of properly fixing the torn rack boot, the tech just untwisted it and left a big rip in it. I escalated it to corporate. They replaced the boot and did yet another alignment, and I started feeling better about the situation. Then I picked up the car… and now the steering wheel is crooked and the car pulls left. A months later and still have to get an alignment, somewhere else. Unbelievable. Never again.
