Please save yourself people this guys is not an okay guy I have proof and I will share it with you guys and the world I brought my car in to bill for an oil change he went on to say I had no oil in my car and that the motor was no good and that it would cost me 6000 to fix I told him I couldn’t afford that so I removed my car from his shop and had taken to the moss dealership as they is my witness and they sad my car did have oil and the motor was not gone and the reason it was running the way it was is because the mechanic left a rag in throttle which started to get in your motor and that’s why your car is the way it is when I took my car in it was running like a champ remember and I had to have toldawy from his shop please with all do respect find a better shop to go to and plus he charges just as much is real mechanic

Our car broke down on our way back to Sacramento from Tempe, AZ. Nobody was willing to take a look at our car except for Bill’s. The man helped us out for a good price and got us back on the road quickly. He was honest with us and did not try to take advantage of us just because we’re kids. Bought a used car and after a few months it was a mess of codes and issues, it even stalled while pulling into the parking lot at this shop. Bill is knowledgeable and friendly, gave outstanding service at very affordable prices and very quick service. Had an issue with my timing chain that ultimately was the root of all the other problems, Bill quickly fixed the outstanding issues and the car drove off better than it did when I first bought it. Very pleased, will be using this shop for all future repairs.

He even secured my under car shield that’s been flapping for several weeks without me asking. I had to bring along my young daughter to pick up vehicle and he was also very welcoming. He is a great and honest mechanic! Took my mustang to him after the dealer notified me of a possible oil leak in the rear main seal. Came to diagnose here and he found that there is no leak. Saved me a ton of money compared to the price of the diagnosis at the stealership. He also adjusted my headlights to be aligned properly! Will definitely stop by here again if I need to.

I took my mustang here to diagnose and fix a variety of issues. She had a bad radiator hose leak that was beyond my repair. Bill took her in and had a diagnosis within a day and did extensive research to find the hose we needed. Unfortunately it was no longer being manufactured and we had to get a bit creative with another hose, but his skillset and determination made it all work out! Quick and reliable service with good pricing. Thanks Bill!

Be advised: not all services listed on Bill’s Auto Service website are actually offered. I came in hoping to have my transmission diagnosed, only to be told they don’t perform that service — despite it being advertised. It ended up being a waste of time. I recommend updating the website to reflect what’s actually available so customers aren’t misled.
