I’ve never felt like I could trust a mechanic shop to tell me the truth and the best price for mechanical issues. This business is trustworthy and honest with their pricing and work. They are always nice and willing to answer questions. The work they do is always good and you never have to worry if they did it right. They are always busy when I call or show up so always call to make an appointment. It’s good to know they are busy. That means they have a lot of customers coming back. Oscar helped fix the A/C in my old BMW. Not only was the part needed to fix it extremely hard to find, but he managed to get everything taken care of, even with Christmas weekend happening at the same time. They're extremely professional, the prices are fair, and when they say they'll call you back, they always do. I'll be taking all of my cars here from now on.

Very trustworthy shop! Oscar and Jesse always took care of me and my family. Mercedes Benz are very expensive cars to maintain, but MBZ helped me to take care of my cars without breaking my bank. Oscar is an amazing mechanic. I first had an oil leak that was causing my exhaust to smoke the first time I came to his shop and he fixed it within days. I also came in for coolant leaks, cam adjusters, and other problems I had with my vehicle. He does an exponential job at what he does and deserves a 1000/10. Definitely recommend this to anyone that owns a German vehicle.

Oscar is the MAN! I’ve had my BMW 328i for 17 years! I’m the only owner! I’m that little old lady from Pasadena. Oscar has my BMW running like brand new! This shop was highly recommended by my client, unfortunately it was a disappointment picking up my car. Not only was the problem not fixed but my car is now shaking bad & I was told maybe it needed a fourth part installed. When I was informed my car was ready to be picked up Oscar told me he didn’t hear the noise I was concerned about anymore and it was good to go but now not only is my concerns about my cars still there but my car is shaking bad. How do you leave paying hundreds of dollars for ur car to still have the same problems & more? I called him & informed him & doesn’t seem to be concerned about fixing the problems. Do not recommend 👎🏼

After more than 10 years of being a loyal customer, I can confidently say that this is the only automotive shop I trust. Took my car in for an oil change. When I left, my light came on stating that my oil was low and I needed to add more, they had already closed for the day, so I took it to another shop and identified that not enough oil was put in my car and had to add more oil. They can’t even do an oil change correctly here! MBZ Also told me that my brakes needed to be replaced because they We’re completely worn out, pads and rotors. Took it for a second opinion, and my brakes are still good with 50% life. Lastly MBZ charged me $175 to look a a notification that was popping up. They said it was showing because my front tires were low on tread. The tire tread has noting to do with my notification light. I left without my issue being resolved. This shop is a scam, DO NOT GO HERE!
