I just took my car in again. I had not been in since the other guy left .I met with Al who is incredibly nice, honest and very knowledgeable. As a single woman to have someone that appears to be very honest and cares about making it right for you, is what I expect from customer service. I'm new in the area and I have found my place for all my car needs. Thank you Al..What an incredible place . Who says you can't still get customer service..I believe in reviews. I called several times prior to going in and spoke to Al. I believe customer service starts with that first phone call..Al was the same respectful gentleman that I had spoken too. Thank you..

Got a flat tire the other night and I had no place to go couldn't get home. I pulled into this parking lot and left my car here the next morning I came to see if they could help went to the front desk from this really nice guy named Al said he saw the car and was wondering what he could do. He saw the tire it was shot. I needed a new one. He told me it wouldn't be a problem he could have it for me in a couple of hours. What did the tire he got it call me up and it was done. Great price great service very friendly and even call me by my name. I'd recommend this place to anybody for anything. He definitely has a new customer in me thanks Al Tim.

I got a flat late the other night a few blocks from this place. I left it there overnight and in the morning I stopped by to see if they could help Let me tell you, the guy at the front desk, Al, could not have been any nicer. He had to order the tire for me and told me he would have it for me by noon that day not only did he have it. He had me in and out in 15 minutes once I got back there to get the car and he had the tire and it was amazing. The shop is clean. The guy is a friendly and courteous, and the service was really outstanding and most of all the price was amazing. I drive a luxury brand car and that didn't matter it was the same price for everybody. These guys are the best thanks Al for making a really shitty night into a great morning. Your new customer, Tim
