Seeing the bad reviews on here just supports my frustration with Arian. When I brought my vehicle to you, I informed you I’m having issues with my transmission temp rising on my dashboard along with my ac evaporator needing to be replaced. I told you my transmission is more important when I called you Wednesday when I reached out, when my car wasn’t even being worked on up until then even though I dropped it off Monday. Regardless of you needing to wait for the part to arrive from Washington. You had two days to do a proper diagnostic on my transmission and the components that keep it cool, and your men still hadn’t even checked my transmission when you called me Saturday 4:45pm telling me to pick up my truck because my ac is ready. The first time I step away from my regular mechanic of three years and go to you was just beyond disappointing. I just took my truck to my regular mechanic this morning and he just informed me that although my transmission is fine, my transmission cooler is not in good condition. How could you not know that as a mechanic especially when saying you’re going to run some diagnostics and only to tell me it’s an electrical problem. My regular mechanic didn’t even have to pop the hood yet to understand that the signs and pictures I showed of my rising transmission temperature that I explained to him just supported that and is working on fixing the problem now. Arian I pray I never have to step foot back into your mechanic shop unless it’s Ac related since my part has a one year warranty. I’m so disappointed in putting my trust in someone only to be let down, it doesn’t matter how busy you get or how many cars a day you see, you did not take the time to look at this issue enough and only focused on fixing my ac. Your demand is too high for your supply and it’s only because of your affordability but moving forward I rather pay for proper quality and comfort over any kind of cheaper price. My regular mechanic said thank god I brought it to him before it got worst. A transmission cooler prevents your vehicle's transmission fluid from overheating by dissipating heat from the fluid as it passes through the cooler Arian. I told you I didn’t care about the ac, and that this is more important. I won’t be returning I have very few regrets in life but your shop is one of them.

Anyone who said anything other than good about this place is Straight lying! This is the best mechanic shop I have ever been too!! Arian is very honest very knowledgeable and very caring about his customers. I was quoted at multiple shops different estimates for my rack and pinon and Arian explained that is was only a line hose that needed to be replaced and saved me hundreds!!!! Edit* Shop claims “Im not in their records”and “I am confusing them with another shop. “ Here is my receipt with their address and logo Towed my car in as it would not start, they diagnosed the ECU was bad and they installed a new one from the dealer. After installing the ECU I was told it would be $800 just to program it. After paying just over $2000 for a new ECU and programming I was told the car was ready. When I went to go pick up the car it had a severe coolant leak and the ABS and traction control lights were flashing. I took the car back immediately and told them it didn't have those issues before and they said they would look into it. They did fix the coolant issues no charge, but I was told they could not program the ECU all the way and I had to take it to the Ford dealership to get it programmed properly. When I go to pick up the car the second time my seat and floor were stained with something blue, I asked about it and they just told me "Oh it must've been the programming guy, he looked a little dirty." I also had to point out to the mechanic that my car was missing various clips and bolts holding fuel lines, plastic covers, and guards. I was charged $800 to program my ECU and I still had to take it to the dealer and pay again to have it programmed. I should've just taken it to the dealer in the first place. The car was in their shop for over a month and I had to call various times for updates as days would go by without a single update. They had the new ECU in within the first week, the other 3 weeks were just back and forth phone calls

Disappointed!! Had car towed to this mechanic who advised they do everything! Car wouldn't start and car was there 24 hrs. Was told they checked the battery, the starter, the fuses the coils and everything looked good, that it must be the key fob. Paid a locksmith to meet me at mechanics, who was 30 min late opening, RED FLAG, and locksmith re-keyed 3 different key fob, NOT the key fob. Paid for 2nd tow to dealership, diagnosed it was the starter. WHAT MECHANIC DOESN'T CHECK A STARTER WHEN A CAR WON'T START! These guys are ametures at best and I waisted 2 days trusting them when I should've gone to my trusted mechanic that I iknow! This was a costly mistake I hope no one else good thru. Do yourself a favor, skip this place and find another...SHAME ON ME! RESPONSE TO MECHANIC - Once your brother stated the next thing he could do was "smoke out" the car, put a pump in the gas tank, I knew I was in trouble! YOU didn't tell me to go to the dealership, I was smart enough to cut my losses and go to the dealership! I walked in and 20 min later they knew what the problem was and 3 hrs after that, I drove out, having had the starter motor replaced; I stand by my review!

On my way back to TN from Miami - my engine blew in Fort Laud and I needed a tow; I found this place and reviews looked okay and it was very close so I took a chance being less familiar with the Ft L area. I am thoroughly pleased that I chose this shop. Great expertise and very helpful - ended up replacing my engine and I made it all the way back to west TN with no issue. Though I never want to have another highway break down in Fort Lauderdale - if I did: I’d go right back here.

Listen to me there’s few times in life where a review is given and 5 stars isn’t enough and this is one of those times. I was having a tumultuous time dealing with a transmission sales supplier in which I bought a used Transmission and hired Broward Auto Repair for the labor to install it for me. The first thing let me say is that I received the best and fairest price but that was not even the beginning of it, the transmission I bought the supplier they gave me the wrong one and I had to file a claim to get an exchange and after 2 weeks of back and forth I ended up asking for a refund from that company because they were not making any sense, but Arian the Owner of Broward Auto repair he did not rush me or force me to pay more money for the labor or even holding my car in the shopper for longer than expected, no he was so patient and understanding and kind and even gave me from the kindness of his heart a rental car to help me to get around during this period, who does that? This man is a natural treasure as long as I am living in South Florida no one else can service my car but Broward Auto Repair. Not only is the service great but the the leadership and their customer service is next level from a first hand experience many businesses can take a page out of their book to see what service to the community really looks like.
