Awesome job. I usually change the oil and fluids on my vehicles, but the Groupon with JiffyLube was an excellent value. They even gave my pup, Cooper in the passenger seat his own AC tube when the vehicle was off. It was over 100 in S Fla today (as his tongue suggests) and the extra air was really appreciated . Stellar customer service, and I have trained customer service agents/employees for years.

I am only giving one star because it won't allow me to post with ZERO stars which is what I would rate my experience. Worst experience of my life at a Jiffy Lube. Paid $450 for all the services, they did not refill my coolant causing my car to overheat 30 minutes over I drove off. When I discovered the reservoir was empty and dry, I went back to the location and the attendant refused to refill it without charging me for a "top off" (I did just pay over $450 for a number of services). The manager did come out and fill it without an additional charge. On top of this, the undercarriage was not replaced properly causing it to partially come off while driving on I-95 causing a very dangerous driving situation and now I have to have the entire undercarriage replaced. Shame on you Jiffy Lube. Incompetent staff.

Fleet? Make sure you don't get charged for a service you didn't get, like new wiper-blades you never got, or a "bluetooth" tire rotation. Oh but they are supposed to run that for approval, it is what Enterprise asks, you just don't know how Fleet works, eventhough you just asked for *Oil Change*. The service was great, the team was friendly, no complains about it, but is always that one guy who tries to be too smart. It is not my money, it is the company's, but I am the one who get called to the office or by phone and asked "why did you ask for something other than oil change?" No all companies are care-free about their expenses.

They forgot to apply my coupon and instead of fixing it tried giving me free windshield wiper blades. I asked if mine needed to be changed (as I changed them 3 weeks ago) and he said yes without ever looking at them. So I asked how does he know that, without looking at them and he said that he glanced at them earlier. They then said that I needed coolant. I declined and on my way home stopped by Advanced Auto and bought some coolant, popped my hood and then went inside and returned it as I ft s was 3/4 to the "F" for full and no where near the "L". Give people what theu need and stop trying to rip everyone off.

This place used to be a good one to come in before management was changed. After new management was put in place then the customer treatment went downhill and also prices skyrocketed, nowadays customer service seems to be horrible everywhere is like people are so irritated about these times that the love of service is gone now is all about money and the greed of money. I have to say that an oil change is $150-200 see ding on brand car, and also AC refill is $200 plus tax depending on car so therefore be careful and aware of such prices. If u like cold treatment then surely come here

The wait was not bad and the customer service was ok. I am not please that after my oil change my car is not longer drivable. I had only one notification and that was for an oil change. Within an hour an a half I get a notification my coolant is low. I think this is strange, later I get a notification the engine is running hot and turn off the car. Currently my car is not drivable and what should have been a simple oil change has turned into much more. I do believe in coincidence but to have so much happen after the oil change is a bit much.

Came in a few hundred miles overdue. The crew at Jiffy Lube didn't skip a beat.
