To be honest I left a bad review one time. But I negated to mention or take into consideration that I've had service preformed at least 10 times before that and was very satisfied. I was upset, from one visit (as we all are when the cars shits the bed) and I spoke up without considering the many positive experiences I had. That being said, they still gave me great service after the fact, when I needed it most, even though I once spoke badly. Thats character. Thats good business. I spoke out of turn, and they didn't hold it against me. Apologies. This is a place you want to do business with. I can admit when im wrong. 1 bad experience out of 10... is a pretty damn good record. It really wasn't that big of a deal in hindsight.
