I had a low pressure warning on my drivers side rear tire and made an appointment with Dunn to have it repaired. The two gentlemen that waited on me were beyond courteous and very efficient. The service was done quickly and for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them and they will be my go to place for all of my families tire and service needs!

Had an online appointment to have winter tires put on, but 3 days later got a call from them saying they could not do it. Said they were over booked. Why did the website allow me to schedule it? What a waste of time. I will never go to or recommend them!

Slow. Oops change took about 1:55 from checking to check out. Waited 10 minutes after my car was done before I was checked out so that clerk could wait on people walking in off the street. Do walk ins have priority over scheduled appointments?

I was NOT happy with my whole Dunn Tire experience. I had an 11:00 appointment on Tuesday to get 2 new tires, dropped my Car off the night before. Showed up after work at 2:30 and they said it will be another hour and a half it would be ready at 4. This was all after having my Saturday appointment canceled cause the wrong tires came in on Friday that we ordered when I went there the Wednesday before. So after almost a week I finally got my 2 new tires.

Made an appointment online almost a week in advance for a simple tire repair. The appointment was confirmed by Dunn. Of course I show up on time for said appointment and I'm told they are triple booked and no tire technician in the building. I then went to Monro who got my vehicle in immediately. Thank you Monro!

I went to Dunn tire to get two new tires put on my vehicle, when I made the appointment I let them know that I had everything that they needed and everything that I wanted/expected to be done for my service. When I had arrived for my appointment, they had no idea that I had my tires with me and they didn’t know that I wanted an alignment. They said that they couldn’t do the alignment today even though I requested it over the phone call. When I went to pick up my vehicle after they called me to let me know it was done, I sat in the waiting room and listened to the employees talk, ignore phone calls, for about 25 minutes.. It wasn’t until I called them three times myself until they answered the phone so I could let them know, I was there to pick up my vehicle. The person at the front desk was extremely rude. I don’t recommend them just solely based off of customer service.

This used to be my “go to” place for both my vehicles needs. The service has gone from great to bad in a short period of time. I scheduled three seperate appointments over a 2 week period and was confirmed as good only to get a call a few days later saying they’re double booked and need to reschedule. It’s always Lewis and he has the WORST attitude for someone who works with customers daily. Ben is easily the best person to work here and if he goes I’m scared for what the place turns into. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Wife was there yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation. Had an appointment at 4PM and car wasn't done until 5:50PM. They didn't update the oil change counter in the computer and didn't look to fill tires with air. Gotta do better than this. I still gave 3 stars because we've been going there along time and it's a good experience more than not.

I took my car in for an alignment and was told there was too much play in the front passenger ball joint and that it needed replaced. I thought this was strange because I had just taken my car in for an alignment 3 weeks prior where nothing was said. I asked them to save the old part and took it to another shop (Denny's Service Center) where the mechanics there determined there was no play in the ball joint and that the part was fine. Be careful when they assert parts are faulty and need replaced. Ask them to show and demonstrate any issues before paying.

As always, when you are in a hurry, something goes wrong. I got a flat tire on the way home. Had AAA come and put the donut on the car, and instantly thought of Dunn Tire to fix the tire. Lewis, who seemed extremely busy, was able to help me and guide me through the process. The store, operating with only two employees, was busy and not able to help me out quickly. But I was able to drop the tire off, and return to my busy schedule. Lewis called me when the tire was repaired, and when asked if they would be able to remove the donut and replace my expertly fixed tire, he gave me the assurance that they'd be able to comply before the end of the day. The crew at the Harborcreek location is not only dedicated, efficient, and trustworthy, but they have what it takes to earn my business for as long as they are open.
