I am always treated fairly. They take time to answer my questions. And I love questions. Very professional, but down to earth. I trust them with my car. So as I have been going to this mechanic for over two years but a year ago, my situation changed and I became an Uber driver and because I’m using more miles on my car and running into situations while driving many times I need to have my car repaired rather quickly or without an appointment and they’re always able to accommodate me, i’m always impressed by their expertise and knowledge of vehicles, especially mine. I highly recommend them.

In January I had slid into a curb bent a rim and destroyed a tire. I had the tire and Rim replaced at another shop. I took the car to a different shop at first to have it aligned which I had to return to in order for them to readjust the steering wheel because it was not straight. I was not happy with their service however so I brought the car back to where I purchased the tire and Rim and had them align it. I returned several times because the car was not aligning correctly. Both shops were very nice and accommodating however they were unable to get it right. The last shop referred me to Dias Spring and told me they were the best in the area. I made an appointment with Dias Spring met there very nice receptionist Jen who had some coffee on and took my keys told me they would be right with me. There mechanic Ralph worked on my car and discovered the engine cradle was off, he reset this which no one else had done. I took the car home however was not happy with the steering wheel alignment I brought it back and Ralph worked with me to get the steering wheel where I needed it. I highly recommend this shop especially for alignments. I have lived in 3 states and these are the best alignment specialists I have seen so far. Very friendly and professional

Awesome staff. Everyone was very friendly and most importantly they were very careful with my Porsche. I asked that they be careful not to scratch me wheels while aligning it and I got it back in perfect shape and it drives 10 times better. I highly recommend them to anyone who is meticulous about their vehicle

I broke down on 1-79 and got my old C43 AMG to Dias. Turned out to be a bad wheel bearing. Dave, the tech, did all he could to get it cleaned up to put new bearings on. But he was not able to. Then, Keith (I think that's his name) who mans the desk got on the phone to find a used knuckle (for an obscure car). He did not stop at one and finally found one in the next town over. The got it and had me on the road the next day. Can't say enough about their service and willingness to go the extra mile. Thanks so much.

Brought a tire rim in to be straightened at this garage. The service was fantastic. The mechanic was very helpful and knowledgeable. His time + price quote for the job were spot on. In addition to straightening the rim, he also balanced the tire -- which was highly appreciated! Excellent place overall, highly recommend!

First off I have a obs ford with ball joint shims which most obs ford's do. I called ahead of time and asked if they would be able to do an alignment on my truck and explained the ball joint shims. They told me yes they've done tons and it would be quick and easy. I made the appointment for today. A week prior I had wheel bearings put in my truck and the front end checked out and everything was good. I went in and the guy at the service counter was nice and cool. I waited 1 hr 20 mins and missed that of my shift at work to have this done. The guy takes my truck in and spends about an hr just looking at it never tried to align it never loosened anything on my truck never made an adjustment at all. He brings in the alignment paper and has the service guy make excuses on why my truck couldn't be aligned. He told the service guy that a u joint was causing my problem which was false as I told him then they said that it needed ball joint shims and it would cost alot more to be put in mind you it already has ball joint shims in it on both sides which I told them and then they tried to say my truck was wrecked which it has never been wrecked and have a clean title. Then I was told the ball joint shims won't fix the issue. They told me there was nothing they can do and charged me 56 dollars for nothing. My truck didn't get aligned and the guy who was doing it didn't even try. I also wasted an hr and 20 mins for nothing. The guy at the counter was nice and he didn't seem like he wanted to give me the news. The guy who took my truck pulled it out handed me the keys and walked away and had nothing to say on why my truck didn't get aligned. 0 out of 5 stars and if you have an obs ford don't go here that's ridiculous to get charged for nothing at all won't be going back ever and won't recommend anyone to go here.

We were coming home from Florida as snowbirds and we’re told that a sway bar would help our motorhome. We called Dias and they were wonderful to work with from the very start. Chuck did everything he could to get our part in in a timely fashion, and we got there one day early. He had it put on the same day so we would not have to pay for a hotel room. Everybody was great to work with from beginning to end, and I would highly recommend them.

Schedule me for work, then forget me, close the shop on a day which was labor day, even when I asked about, then text me the next day after appiuntment and say we couldnt contact you prior cause our phones didnt call out, yet you had no problem contacting me the day after. Never again. Take business elsewhere.

Another mechanic told me my rear axle was shifted 3/4 of a inch due to aftermarket rear air bags. He wanted nothing to do with it. They squeezed me in within a day to just look at it and diagnose it. Made it clear they didn't have time to fix it. Well they ended up fixing it, aligning it, inspecting it, and balancing tires. My new go to shop

Took my car in for an alignment after putting new tie rods I had all new tires on the car that was 2 days old ..left the shop and car was still going to the right steering wheel was turned to left. 2 days after leaving shop called the shop to tell them and they gave me a appointment 40 days later . My 2 front tires are now destroyed. I ask for my money back Ken said no . I took my car to another place as soon as I showed them the alignment sheet from Dias springs they said this number are way off and they did another alignment and the car is perfect . .. considering Suing Diaz Springs for my tires and a Alignment..

Went there for alignment guess one ball joint was lose so they couldnt do it. Then they wanted to much to fix it so said I'll do it, then they said we got something for you a 72.00 bill to tell me they cant do it. Guess telling me not to come back if you dont have alot of money. Not like it use to be thats for sure. Update checked my ball joints they were not bad at all so they tried to get a job to fix something that wasn't wrong , dias said the ball joint was ready to pop out. B.S UNGODLY
