I asked twice before dropping my car off here if they would please call me first before doing any work or charging me for anything -- he said of course they would, but then still did some work and charged me without calling me to authorize it! Very frustrating and annoying after explicitly asking them not to do that.

I'm new to the state and this by far is one of the best places, if not the best place I have ever been to for car service and one I'll absolutely continue using! The staff is outstanding, the prices couldn't be more fair, these guys are absolutely for the customer like the good old days, their work is some of the finest I've seen done, they treat you like you're a part of their own family and assure that they do the job quick and on point! I couldn't say enough positive about this location! They do it all and if you haven't been here I highly recommend you check them out, for all out there getting oil changes at 10 min locations, come here instead as for a few more minutes you'll get an oil change and peace of mind knowing it was done by people who care about you, your property and stand by their work and this also stands for all other work needed as well! I couldn't begin to say how much I recommend this location...try it out for yourself, you won't be sorry! Thank you guys for everything!

Owner operated and convient location for South Buffalo. Friendly atmosphere and with three bays, about the only thing that will hold you up is parts. As far as price they will work with you, but you get what you pay for. They've been in business a long time at the same location. I give them a thumbs up.
