Abe was great! We actually didn't end up needing his services but he drove 40 minutes to us to repair a couple cracks in an RV window that we rented. Turns out the cracks were already there which we figured out basically right when he got there. So he drove for nothing. But he was super kind about it and of course we paid him something for coming all the way out to us. Super nice guy, very fair. Thank you Abe for the great customer service!!

Abe did an excellent job repairing the windshields on both my Tesla Model 3 and Model Y. The crack on the Model 3 was especially difficult, but he took the extra time to do two treatments to make sure it was done right and fully sealed. Was either hit by an oddly shaped rock or just at a weird angle because it looked like it caused the glass to bubble or twist beneath the impact. Contacted Fred yesterday via a text message asking about chip repair. He said he could fix the windshield the next day. He showed up on time communicating the whole time. Told me about the potential risks in fixing the chips and possible damage to the glass. Luckily that didnt happen and he was able to fix the chipped windshield successfully. Had my windshield crack on the freeway in the afternoon. That evening I got quotes from Tesla, Safelite, and other local windshield repairs but those all came out to be $150+ to repair. Then I saw Abe’s had multiple 5 star reviews and messaged him at around 8:30 PM, he quickly responded to me not even 10 minutes later and we were able to schedule something for the next day. I dealt with the owner Fred and reported that I had two cars with a star shaped windshield crack on my Tesla model S and Tesla model Y. Inside of 24 hours Fred himself came to my home and I'm happy to report he was able to successfully repair both cracks. The great relief was with the model S - there was actually a second crack next to the first crack and it could've easily been a windshield replacement, but Fred was able to save it. Can't say enough about Fred's company and his most excellent service. I highly recommend.

Fred was absolutely awesome. His 40 years of automotive windshield repair is definitely cutting edge. The cost was affordable and he was professional and friendly. So he will be getting all my business from family, friends and anyone I know. Safelites is a ripoff like all big corporations with all the high prices and the workmanship is absolutely horrible. Freds rock chip/ crack repair is literally flawless and I seriously can't see it. On the other hand safelites rock chip / crack from a year ago is an eye sore everyday. Thank you Fred.
