I stopped by after a brief phone call, since most places are appointment only, and the service was wonderful. I had damage to the underside of my front bumper due to a mishap at the dealership (who refused to take any responsibility). They quickly removed my splash guard as per my request and assessed the damage isn't as terrible as I thought it was. They charged me nothing, so I ended up tipping the employee who removed everything for me. I will definitely be back to this place for their prompt service, friendly attitudes, and quick (yet accurate) work! Thank you guys so much!

I was in US on Vacation and the car we had borrowed from a family relative broke down for the third time on one trip going to Disney. So I dropped rest of family at Disney and google local mechanics or auto shops. Having no idea where to go. The reviews were excellent and I needed help. As soon as I arrived I met Vic who was amazing from the moment I arrived. Clear, professional and understanding. I left the car and took an Uber back to Disney. I called two hours later and was told they had fixed the problem. I returned collected the car and he did not want to charge me as it was a battery connection. I paid a reasonable tip and left. Vic at Hard Tech Corp is great. I had a banged up bumper on my 2022 Nissan Leaf. I got a quote shortly after brining it in (within hours). Once approved, the new bumper was ordered and available the very next day. The total time at the shop was just 6 hours or so. And...it looks AMAZING. The paint match is PERFECT! Work was done as requested,with a major set back on time. 2 weeks turned out to be 2months!! Overall service,and price on point. I would only recommend if your not in a rush for your vehicle. Also, be in the know. I went ahead and ordered custom grill and lights. I Got stuck with the stock items,as the communication fell thru. But if you want it done right,and want a reasonable price,then this is your place. Customer service and satisfaction were met. Pics enclosed for proof

UPDATE: FINAL REVIEW..Car was completed sooner than promised. They washed and waxed and it looked good as it did the day I purchased 7 months ago! Very pleased with the outcome! 1st Review:.. Let me just start by saying I spent a week or more trying to find a auto body shop that would come either to my home to complete the repairs, or help get the car to the shop for the repairs due to my crazy work schedule..I found many shops, one of which I had previously used to replace an entire hood of a car, FYXME-Mobile Auto Body Shop,, they had me thinking any day now they'd be by to see what parts needed to be ordered, then it'd be "oh well we are short staffed today can you just bring it by here?" (You advertise as a mobile repair but I come to you? Huh?!) blah blah blah...Fix Auto Anaheim North, same thing...this went on for almost 2 weeks... So I did some research and found Hard Tech Auto.. And here's the immediate difference, the owner, Vic, he met me pre-open hours at the shop to accommodate me, he gave me a clear, honest, evaluation of parts, labor, and time it would take to repair. He then went above and beyond by PICKING up my car from the ENTERPRISE rental shop I had to leave it at, THE SAME DAY... And since my car has been in his shop, he has gone out of his way to send me weekly updates, including photos of the progress made!! The car has been in the shop almost 3 weeks, just as promised from the start, and will be done as planned. Yes, you need to be prepared for patience, it's not overnight, the repairs. But they are done RIGHT, and the service and communication is EXCELLENT. If you are looking for a repair shop who is trustworthy, honest, reliable, and does excellent work, THIS IS YOUR PLACE! I will give a final update and picture of fixed car once I pick it up this week! ***** This place is really good, you must call them first! don't waste your time with others!*****
