Highly Recommended! Exceptional Service and Friendly Staff I recently had my Mercedes repaired at this fantastic company, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Not only are their human staff incredibly professional, but their “dog employees” also add a unique and friendly touch to the experience – they’re just so welcoming! I’ve been a bit neglectful with my car’s maintenance, and over time, I noticed the performance of my vehicle wasn’t quite what it used to be. While it never broke down or showed any major issues, I could definitely feel the lack of energy in the engine. As the year drew to a close, I decided to bring it in for a proper service, and I’m so glad I did. In just one day, my car was ready, and it felt like it had been rejuvenated! If I could give ten stars I would! I’ve never been so excited to write a review. Import Auto Clinc is the only shop I will take my car to from now on. It feels great to break up with the dealership. Tim and his staff are amazing! I took my 2020 Range Rover Sport for a suspected coolant leak. I brought it in the morning and they even had a loaner car for me. Zero hassle. They performed a full diagnostic and sent me photos of the repairs that needed to be done. They did the work for a very reasonable price and i was able to pick up my car in the same day! I’m so happy I found you guys. Thank you Import Auto Clinic :)

I have been going to this service provider for a couple of years now and they have performed above my expectations. I use to go to a dealership for my service and my experience was good (except for the original dealership where I got my discovery) but they are extremely pricey. Dealership also don’t anticipate potential issues in the future to save you money. For example, I had an issue where the replacement part is cheap but the labor cost to access that part is a little pricey. So, one of the supervisors (Tim) asked for my permission to replace any potential parts that are candidate for future work so the add on cost will simply be the cost of the parts. After that event, my next visit was simply for a routine oil change. In addition, any issues I see after I had my service done has been addressed at no additional cost, provided it is within the scope of their service. Their anticipation of future issues and how to save you money is a big factor for me, and insuring the quality of their work makes them my go to service provider for my cars.

My Audi Q5 gave me an error code over the weekend. After doing an online search, it pointed to a battery problem. I have friends that use this shop and highly recommend it. I took it in on Monday morning and met with Tim. He was very friendly and attentive to my concerns. We spoke again a few hours later after the car’s inspection and he confirmed the battery was the issue. The repair was completed in a timely manner. Tim did not try to oversell anything and actually mentioned a service the Audi dealer recommended months ago was really not a major concern. I’ll be going back for future maintenance and repair issues.

Tim (and Lisa) were so helpful- we brought our older car in for a 2nd opinion and Tim was very professional and thorough with the diagnosis and confirmed the previous findings- gave us sound advise to proceed. They also did extra work on our vehicle to make sure it left better than when it arrived. All our cars will be going to Import Auto Clinic. (Happy the dog is adorable!)
