On the phone these guys are very professional. I went to get the rear quarter glass on my car tinted and it only took them approx. 30 minutes to finish the whole job. Upon inspecting the car, I noticed that the film was cut a little short and instead of reapplying a new layer of film and redoing the job, they filled in the gap with a "permanent" marker which came off when i cleaned it with soap and water. I drove my car in and tried to get the window retinted and they refused to redo the window and insisted that all they could do was cover air bubbles and fill in the gap with permanent marker. These people do not know how to tint windows even though that is what their advertising mainly focuses on.

Had my windows tinted,made my truck look great. Since my first experience there I've got alarm on one car and stereo system on another. I've had work done by just audio, I always get 2 other estimates, no one else is close in cost, availability and quality of work. I've recommend dozens of friend to just audio for everything from Windows stereo alarms to even seat repair of. Thanks Ceasar.
