My mom took her vehicle here to get a new transmission. She has had to bring it back 4 times now. She lives in Pacoima and has to drive to Lake Elsinore a ton. Each time she was up almost stranded and I have to follow her from Lake Elsinore to Anaheim to drop her van off- then drive her home to Pacoima and then drive back to Elsinore. And then repeat it all when the van is "ready" except the same issues keep happening and everytime they say "it's fixed and working great" but it's not. Extremely frustrating and my mom has given them over 2k to get this problem taken care of. They need to slow down and improve their quality of work.

I've been going to long for years but today he didn't stand by his work on my brother's car. To top it off he treated my dad really poorly. I no longer recommend him. Now have to get our cars fixed again because he did not honor his work when I called him to ask why he said he didn't want to do work and hung up

Dropped my car off here after it broke down one night not knowing the shop. It was just the closest shop around, but I'm so glad I took it here. Tommy was very nice and professional and the work was done timely, and the cost was incredible. I called another shop to get quoted for the work they did out of curiosity, and it was nearly double! This place has lost my trust. If you need an oil change, it's fine but go elsewhere for repairs. I had been going to this place for a year plus for oil changes. Small locally shop, no B.S. Family owned? The last time I was there for an oil change, they diagnosed a problem in my car (which was squealing, so I trusted they were right). As soon as I could afford the repair, I brought it back to them. I dropped my car on a Tuesday. They called to quote a repair that required two parts plus labor. I asked them exactly what was being replaced on my car. They said I needed "a new bearing, front and back." So, I agreed. At that time, they estimated it would be ready midday Wednesday. They called at closing time on Wednesday and said they still needed to test drive it but that my car would be ready for an 8am pick up on Thursday. I got there at 7:55am. They didn't get me my car til 8:20am. I was in a rush to get to work so I paid and left. Reviewing my receipt after, I realized that they replaced ONE bearing, a front one. The more expensive part they replaced was a rear HUBCAP; I'd known I had a chipped hubcap but never brought up wanting to replace it and certainly didn't authorize it. I'm a broke student. I feel taken advantage of and I will not be going back for anything else from them.

Don't get your oil changed here or any type of service. 1month ago went for a change. Was having issues with sensor they clearly did not change the oil. I went several times after they refused to look at it. The viscosity is off. Complete scam they charge and don't do their jobs.
