They were supposed to fix my cat! And instead they took almost 2 days just to repair.. they punched/drilled holes in my CAT!!! And didn’t even weld my cat properly.. I have pictures to, they even deleted the code off my car

Good place to get your Catelytic Converter replaced. Update: Do not go here, if a guy named chopper tries to attend you run far away, he will clean your catelytic converter instead of replacing it, not only will he only clean your Catelytic converter but he will break things on purpose that way you have to go back to repair things.

Don’t come here unless you have all day for them to do the job. Been here since 8:30 in the morning for them to have their breakfast. Then after they are going to be drinking beers on the job , walking around wasting time . After 3 hours of waiting they get the job done. About to leave the lot when my car starts acting up again. They didn’t even fix the issue . They went on lunch and told me to come back . I come back after just to wait a hour . Finally get my car back. Works a little better but still off . Wasted my morning just for my issue not to get solved. Take your business elsewhere.

Take to long make you wait. For hrs. Guys just love talking and boss only one working , but doesn't direct them to get job done quickly. Decent prices but the wait.. kinda turn off.

I went in yesterday afternoon to take my car to get checked because the steering wheel was stiff to turn. The owner himself went to go test drive my car came back and told me it was the power steering pump that was bad he told me come back at 7pm and my car would be fixed. We go back to pick up my car at 7pm and is not even ready. Then the owner begins on saying that it needs a flush so he calls one of his mechanics over and then he proceeds to take the hose out of where the power steering fluid container holds the fluid. He drops all over my car just let’s the hose loose and all the oil goes all over my car. Then he leaves and then another mechanic comes back saying your car cannot be fixed today you need to leave it over night so which i did thinking I can trust them. So today I went to go pick up my car that was supposed to be ready and fixed. Well first of all they moved my car outside couldn’t find my car 15 min later they found it and the owner brought it to me stating oh well we couldn’t fix your car you have to take it to a specialist I was like then why did you need me to leave it overnight if you knew you couldn’t fix it???? They did nothing to my car they let it sit there. Do not trust these mechanics they do not know what they are doing. I would give this place no stars at all what so ever. They like to waste peoples time and make them think they were working on there cars.

New owners , this lot is a mess and filthy now, No good customer service. Was standing at the desk while the receptionist paid little to no attention to what I needed. I had called previous to my arrical for wait time and they said they were not busy. After standing there for 5 minutes with out a quote or questions, about my oil change I left. Been coming to this location for 10+ years with previous owners. Will look for new place.

I took in my car to these guys. Since Friday I was dealing with car problems. Dropped it off at 8 am and didn’t get it back until 4 pm that day. It was a simple swap for oxygen sensors, only for the car to return shaky and the check engine light blinking this time. I took it back , they told me to switch out the spark plugs, so I did. Came back Monday morning, they did the work for it, but still returned shaky and now my car wasn’t accelerating as it should. Was told to bring it Tuesday morning only for them to eat breakfast, I waited thirty mins , and I eventually decided to not give them my business anymore. This has been the worst auto mechanic experience I’ve ever had. This business only took my money and returned my car worst than what it was. My advice to you, is just don’t come in to this shop unless you’re willing to wait for a two day return on your car. I would give this business no stars if I could. DONT TRUST ANY OF THEM! All they did was take my money.

Based on what I saw as a llantera they're really good, they offer the best prices on tires, alignment, breaks and many other easy jobs. My personal experience I would give them 0 stars. I brought my car with a check engine light on, immediately they had a guy check and said that my car needed a catalytic it will be $400 really cheap I said do it, it was done paid and I left. The next day my light came back on so I went back and I was basically ignored for a couple of hours. I had the car checked again and the same guy comes over and tells now is another catalytic and it will be $430. So I told him no, if it was one yesterday, it doesn't have to another one today you need someone that really knows to read a diagnosis. It took me about 21 days going back and forth till they have a diagnosis and now it was a secondary air pump according to the expert they have, it took him over 3 hours to have a diagnosis, so I had them replace it for $397, they asked me to run it about 1,000 miles to make sure the computer reads everything back to normal. I run it about 1,200 in 7 days and the light came back on. I talked to Tolo (owner) that it has been already 31 days and my car was back to where we started and his answer "Y PUEDE QUE SE TARDE UN AÑO". Then I realized that I was dealing with a bunch of clowns playing to be mechanics when THEY CAN ONLY DO EASY JOBS LIKE TIRES, BREAKS, ALIGNMENT ETC. If you go to their office you will see lots of certifications for Herman Gallardo the first one from 1961 so in theory this technician will be at least 70 years old by now (fun fact). That tells me that they are working without mechanic certifications. I personally won't go back to this place since they only like fast, easy money and won't treat you with respect if you go back with the same issue they already worked on. I did see a couple of very unhappy customers during the whole month I was going back and forth, I even got a phone number from one of them. IF YOU NEED CHEAP TIRES AND ALIGNMENT, this is the place to go.

Took car for oil change, after a day, it started leaking alot of oil, took car back and they said is leaking from some where else. They forgot to tight the filter for oil change. The staff doesn't know how to perform their work, very unprofessional and lack of customer service and experience in the field. They work very bad, and have NO experience. PLEASE GO TO OTHER SHOP- THIS PEOPLE DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING and are a BIG RISK TO YOUR SAFETY AND CAR. Very disappointed on the service and customer service. Owner doesn't know how to manage AT ALL.

My car had a flat tire and it took them 10 minutes to fix it but they told me it would take an hour. I had an emergency but they treated me very rudely and I had to leave their place. They don't serve people properly.
