All of my studs broke off of my tire luckily in front of this amazing tire shop. They have the best staff u could wish for. Everyone there was friendly not to mention they came to my car which was on side of 460 between 2 parking lots and got the job done. They had to order my studs and do everything that comes with that all under 2 hours. This place stopped what they were in the middle of doing to help me get back on my way. Definitely recommend 10/10 in every expectation.

They seem like nice people and it looks like they do good work, but this is the second time I have had an appointment and have had to leave from waiting so long. The first time was just an inspection, we waited 2 hours and had to take our keys and leave. This time it was an alignment because they are the only place around that does it, after an hour of waiting they asked me to come back later. They simply have no respect for other peoples time, I would recommend finding anywhere else to go. This is just my experience.

I had a tire on the pickup with a slow leak in it, so I stopped by yesterday just to see if they could take a look at it. I thought it was probably just the valve stem. They pulled it in in just a few minutes, and found a piece of wire stuck in the sidewall on the inside. They couldn't fix it since it was in the sidewall. They only had a set of 4 all terrain tires in the size I needed, but they said they could have a tire there in about 20 minutes. So I continued on to the dump, went by home, then back to the tire shop, they pulled it in the shop in just a few minutes again, slapped a tire on it, and I was on my way. Very friendly people there too, I had never been there before yesterday because the guy that I used to get all my tires from retired last year.

Went to get a tire and inspection sticker, and was told I needed tires an host of other non vital thing to repair(upsale). Got new tires and came back. Then was failed for cracked windshield because didn't get the repairs done there evidently! i left review on yelp an someone named Terry called me repeatedly an sent me demeaning, harrassing texts!

Able tire took great care of me, and got me a great price on tires. They also identified that I needed an alignment and took care of it at the last minute. Was well worth my drive from forest to get my truck serviced and I will do so again in the future. And the shop cat was really cool also.

Took my vehicle in to be aligned and waited around 2 hours, tech was in and out of shop with my vehicle, was told they were having issues aligning due to air suspension malfunction (factory installed air suspension) left shop and went to another and within 30 mins was told my vehicle couldn’t be aligned because of a bad inner tie rod (likely the issue in the first place) but instead of speaking from a place of knowledge they just decide to blame it on the air suspension and call it a day, shout out to WEBBS TIRE OF APPOMATTOX- once I replaced inner tie rod they had my vehicle aligned in less than a hour, would not go to Able tire, go to WEBBS TIRE OF APPOMATTOX

I was traveling threw Concord on 460 and noticed my tire was going flat luckily I saw able tire close by it was getting late in the evening on Thanksgiving giving eve I was extremely happy when they took the time being so late in evening to look at my tire and were able to fix it so I could make it home they are a great bunch of guys and I highly recommend them .thanks a bunch

I thought it was a good place to get my car repaired, but after what happened, I absolutely do not recommend their service. I took my car there to have it checked because it had a noise in the exhaust. The cost was $632. I went to pick up my car, and after about 5 minutes, it started malfunctioning. My car overheated because it was out of oil, which is very strange because before leaving my car, I checked the oil, and it was fine. I returned the car so they could check what had happened, and they told me that now the car has more problems and that the repair will cost $904.04 plus labor. They also said they have to replace the engine gasket because my car overheated due to lack of oil. They were supposed to check that my car was running properly before I took it, but they didn't. So, I had to have my car towed home. I'm very sad because I arrived at this place in my car, and now it won't run.
