We have always, in the past, done business with a highly-rated body shop in NL. However they did a horrid job on repairing my car my last accident. It was very discouraging. We decided to give ABRA a chance, and my husband and I are very happy that we did. We drive an import and they first ordered in the parts then had us bring in the vehicle. They repaired it in two week’s time - and they completed the project expertly the first and only time. The parts fit together perfectly and the paint repairs were spot on! You cannot tell that it hit a deer - it’s looks showroom fresh! We will be back if the need arises, whether it be my SUV or my husbands truck! That you Logan and team!

My car was involved in a hit & run while I was at work. There was slight damage to the rear of my car. I'm somewhat new to the area, so I asked for some recommendations from my coworkers and one suggested ABRA. I decided to take my car to them and Elise was extremely helpful and explained what the damage looked like and gave me a reasonable estimate. The situation between both insurances got very complicated and stressful, but Elise at ABRA was phenomenal. My car was fixed in about a week and turned out to be more damage than what was initially estimated. Elise was so helpful and made the experience so personable. I expressed that it was my first time handling something like this on my 'own' and she was very understanding. The whole process with ABRA was efficient, and they handled everything with my insurance. I would HIGHLY recommend ABRA! My car looked better than when I brought it in!

(ABRA Auto Body)Review. So I'm Posting this publicly because I want to share my experience about two of the best companies that I have ever had the pleasure to work with before that mentioned in this Post: My truck was damaged because of the high winds that were blowing that day when a gentleman had parked to close to me and his door of his vehicle was blown wide open and into the passenger side of my truck door causing damage to it. So he gave me his insurance information so I could file a claim and have my door fixed. The insurance company had chosen a Repair shop that they trust and sent me the information to set up a time with the Body shop named ABRA to do the repair work on my truck door. So I took my truck to ABRA Auto Body repair shop and dropped it off to have them do the work needed to fix the damage on my passenger side door. I was provided a rental truck by the insurance company to provide me with some transportation while my Truck was being repaired by ABRA. So the insurance company sent me to Enterprise Car rentals to pick up a vehicle for the time being. So I can't say anything positive about the Insurance company that represented the gentleman who had accidentally let his door blow wide open into my truck door, but the other two companies that I dealt with were both really awesome and very professional and helpful. They made the experience very enjoyable overall. ABRA Auto Body shop was awesome and did exceptionally and professionally the best work that I have ever seen before. ABRA has my business and recommendations forever. I wouldn't go anywhere else now to have work done on my vehicle after this experience with them. Enterprise Car Rentals have really exceptional people working for them as well. They took really good care of me and they made some adjustments for me because the Insurance company would only pay a small amount for my Rental vehicle. That's just one of the many reasons why I didn't give the Insurance company any recommendations from me. They were not very helpful or nice to deal with. However I didn't mention their name on this post.

They called me to tell me that my vehicle had been fixed & I did a walk around my vehicle to make sure everything had gotten fixed & it wasn't fixed I called up my insurance company & told them that the damage hadn't been fixed I then showed them what they missed if I ever have to have damage fixed from hitting a deer I will never use them again save yourself sometime & find a better shop that actually cares about the work that they do & not just do a half terrible job & call the ower of the vehicle up & hope that they dont see that you didn't fix it right the first time.

The folks at Abra were incredibly responsive and helpful. They were able to order the part and get me in faster than any other auto glass place, and the price was at least 1/3 less as well. They communicated throughout the process via texts and were willing to be flexible with my schedule and even vacuumed/cleaned my vehicle! Highly recommend!

Very polite, professional and kind. Sara, the front office manager, is very knowledgeable and nice. Answered all my questions. John explained everything that they needed to do to fix my car (in detail!) and made me feel comfortable leaving my car in his hands. I was sent an email when work began and by whom, and when they thought it may be finished. I was kept in the loop the entire time. They finished early with the work on my car and called to let me know. When I picked up my car, they made sure it was to my satisfaction (it was)! They also helped w/my car rental. I’m pretty sure that they vacuumed my car mats and cleaned the inside and outside of my windshield, too. Fabulous job!! 10/10 and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs reliable body work on their vehicle.

They did a very poor paint job the first time I took it to them. They did try to fix it when I said that it was a terrible job. They broke my kids' car seat but did replace it. They scratched my car in three different places, damaged the door from when they took it off, and had terrible paint lines left on the car. Not happy at all with the work that was done. Justin, the manager, was nice at least and tried to fix the poor work.

I had a great experience with ABRA. They were one of the recommendations from my insurance. They were fast, communicative, and friendly. I brought my car in for an initial estimate which was finished and approved by insurance the next day. The complete estimate was finished and approved within 3 days after I brought my car in. They then finished replacing essentially the entire front end of my car in two weeks. They sent consistent updates, answered all my questions in a timely manner, and my car looks great!
